Da ich aus München ausziehe, wird ein Platz in unserer WG frei. Das Zimmer ist mit den Möbeln zu übernehmen (Pauschal von 700€ für alles)

- ein Einzelbett mit Matratze, Kopfkissen und Bettwäsche
- einen Kleiderschrank (mit Spiegel an einer Innentür)
- ein ausziehbares Sofa
- ein TV-Möbel und ein Smart-TV
Since I moving out of Munich, a place in our flatshare is now free. The room is to be taken over with the furniture (for a total of 700€).
It includes:
- a desk
- 1 chair
- 1 deskchair
- a single bed with mattress, pillows and bed linen
- a closet (with a mirror on an inner door)
- a pull-out sofa
- a TV unit and a smart TV
The room is to be taken over on 1st July, but this is still negotiable.

Die Wohnung wird mit drei anderen Mitbewohnern geteilt: Homz, der Architektur studiert, Raghav, der als Ingenieur arbeitet, und Leonard, der in München Jura studiert. Es ist eine freundliche WG, in der du dich in der Küche oder im Garten bei einem Grillabend mit den Nachbarn unterhalten kannst. Die Atmosphäre ist jung, dynamisch und freundlich, und alle helfen sich gegenseitig.

The apartment is shared with three other flatmates: Homz, who is a studying architecture, Raghav who is working as an engineer, and Leonard, who is studying law in Munich.
It's a friendly shared apartment where you can chat with all everyone in the kitchen or in the garden over a barbecue with the neighbors. The atmosphere is young, dynamic and friendly, and everyone helps each other.

A laundry room is available to all with washing machines, dryers and drying racks. You will also have access to the garden (outdoor furniture, bbq, bike shelter) which is common to the whole building.
