The room is 17,2 m², the windows welcome the morning sun. Direct access to our small balcony. The room is completely furnished including a Queen-Size bed. I'm sure you'll feel comfortable and welcome.
Bus stop in front of the house
(Bus to U2, U5, U7, U8 + Ostbahnhof)
Shopping: Small supermarket right next door
within max 1 km:
Aldi, Edeka, Rewe, butcher, bakeries, doctors and dentists, hairdressers, restaurants + takeaways, bank, pharmacies, etc.
There is no living room and the kitchen is too small for cooking together. So you shouldn't mind we don't spend so much time together, except in your or my room for a meal, a coffee, a chat, a video etc if we feel like hanging out together. I like cooking and baking and I don't mind cooking for both of us if you like. My current flatmate doesn't cook at all ^^. After 2 years he has to move from Munich for the job.
It shouldn't bother you that I'm a smoker.
I don't care if you're a bit messy but there should be a certain cleanliness. I do care about an economical use of water, heating, energy, living in Munich is expensive enough.
From time to time I'm absent for family reasons so I'm looking for a reliable, trustworthy person.
The room is nice and bright thanks to the large windows and balcony door, but it doesn't get so hot in the summer because it is on the east side. It's fully furnished.
The view is out to the greenery; in winter when the trees have lost their leaves, you can look for kilometers. On the balcony with plants and furniture you can sit outside to relax or having a drink in the evening.
The kitchen is small and not for passionate cooks. But equipped with a stove and oven, microwave, kettle and coffee pad machine, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Of course also cooking utensils and dishes. The tiny bathroom has a bathtub and a supply of towels, the toilet is separate. Even though it is a big building everything is quiet and clean. The caretaker lives in the house and takes care of everything every day.
Parking is free in the area, but there aren't plenty of slots. A reserved parking space can possibly be rented additionally. The bus stop in front of the house makes it quick and easy to get into the city or to the shopping mall. Supermarkets and retailers can also be reached quickly on foot or by bike. The small supermarket next door with a bakery and butcher shop saves you a lot of hassle.
I'm looking for a quiet and uncomplicated roommate (m/f/d) who doesn't need the daily, exciting life of a shared apartment, but ideally still enjoys doing something together every now and then. I'm not athletic, so you won't find me a partner for jogging or cycling, but if you enjoy going to the pub, concert, museum or theater. I like drawing, photography, watching TV, playing games and I also like to take a trip every now and then to discover new corners (or restaurants). By the way, we have a Bavarian restaurant with good food and, in summer, a nice beer garden a few minutes' walk away :-)
I appreciate if you don't like cooking very much but you enjoy international food.
No pets, no instruments, please.
