Derzeit wohnt eine junge Frau im 14qm Zimmer bis 28.2.2022. Die anderen beiden 11qm Zimmer sind, frisch renoviert und ab sofort Bezugs fertig. 2 Zimmer sind komplett ungenutzt. Ich selbst lagere einige Dinge für meine Arbeit im Keller weshalb ich ab und zu noch vorbei komme ansonsten ist die Wohnung ungenutzt. Gerne würde ich daher 2 oder 3 passende Untermieter finden die die Wohnung als WG nutzen.
In der WG ist eigentlich alles vorhanden was man braucht. (Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Besteck, Geschirr, Tische, Stühle Schränke, Fernseher, Sofa )
Lage: 5 Minuten entfernt von der Ubahn Quiddestrasse.
4. Stock
Möbliert oder unmöbliert!!! Ich habe zusätzlich zur WG einrichtung noch 2 Schöne Schränke, zwei neue 90cm Betten, Tische, Stühle, Bettzeug, Ivar-Regale von Ikea.
Ich freue mich auch ein schönes miteinander.
