Wir sind ein professioneller WG Anbieter hier in München, und mein Job ist es euch in einem kurzen Gespräch kennen zu lernen um dann zu entscheiden ob ihr in die angebotene WG passt. Da ich das schon seit einiger Zeit mache und aus unseren WG Bewohnern enge Freundschaften entstanden sind, bestätigt dass mir meinen richtigen Riecher euch so zu wählen dass ihr super zusammen passt ;-)
Außerdem möchte ich noch erwähnen dass wir in ganz München verteilt seit langer Zeit erfolgreich mehrere WG´s betreuen. Vorteil für dich: wir bilden eine Community von all unseren Bewohnern in ganz München verteilt!
Das heißt, wenn du neu in der Stadt bist und neben deinen Mitbewohnern oder Mitarbeitern im Job noch neue Leute kennen lernen willst: wir wollen euch alle miteinander connecten! Ob bei einem monatlichen Stammtisch im Biergarten, gemeinsamen Ausflügen in die Berge: Alles ist Möglich - wenn du denn möchtest!
Zusätzlich hast du hast einen Ansprechpartner egal um welche Probleme es sich handelt. Außerdem musst du dich um nichts kümmern - weder um einen Nachmieter noch um sonstiges wie GEZ Gebühren nach Anmeldung, Strom Nachzahlungen etc.

We are a professional WG provider here in Munich, and my job is to get to know you in a short conversation and then decide whether you fit into the offered WG. Since I've been doing this for some time and our WG residents have become close friends, this confirms that I have the right instinct to choose you so that you fit together super ;-)
I would also like to mention that we have been successfully looking after several shared flats throughout Munich for a long time. Advantage for you: we form a community of all our residents distributed throughout Munich!
That means, if you are new in town and want to meet new people besides your roommates or co-workers at work: we want to conect you all together! Whether at a monthly regulars' table in the beer garden, joint trips to the mountains: everything is possible - if you want!
In addition, you have a contact person no matter what the problem is. Furthermore, you don't have to worry about anything - neither about a new tenant nor about other things like GEZ fees after registration, additional payments for electricity etc.
