Ich werde aus meinem großen Zimmer ausziehen, also wird es leer sein. Es bleibt teilmöbliert (mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Spiegel), die Wohnung wurde kürzlich renoviert. Wir haben ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und separat die Toilette. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, verfügt über folgende Elektrogeräte: Kühlschrank, Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Gefrierschrank und Waschmaschine.
Die Internetkosten betragen 10 € pro Monat.
Parken ist problemlos auf der Straße möglich, es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit, einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz im selben Gebäude anzumieten.

I will be moving out from my big room, so it will be vacant. It will stay partially furnished (with bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and mirror), the apartment has been recently renovated. We have a bathroom with a shower, and separately the toilet. The kitchen is full equipped, has the following electrical appliances: fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, freezer and washing machine.
The Internet costs are €10 per month.
It is easy to park in the street, but it is also possible to rent an underground parking slot in the same building.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Neuperlach, einem ruhigen Viertel mit zahlreichen Dienstleistungen und Parks. Außerdem ist super gut angebunden. Es hat viele Bushaltestellen in der Nähe und die U-Bahn (Quiddestraße) in 5 Minuten, die Sie in 20 Minuten ins Zentrum bringt.
Geschäfte wie PENNY und EDEKA (Lebensmittel) sind gleich nebenan. Das Einkaufszentrum PEP ist 10 Minuten entfernt.
Es besteht auch eine gute Anbindung an die A8 und an die Autobahn A99.

The apartment is located in Neuperlach, calm area with wide variety of services and parks. Also, is super well connected. It has a lot of bus stops nearby and the U-Bahn (Quiddestraße) at 5 min, which gets you to the center in 20 min.
Shops such as PENNY and EDEKA (groceries) are just down the house. PEP shopping center is 10 min away.
There is also well connection to the A8 and to the A99 autobahn.
Unsere WG ist sehr unkompliziert. Unter der Woche sind wir alle ziemlich beschäftigt, jeder hat seine Arbeit/Studium/Dinge. Aber ab und zu treffen wir uns in der Küche zum Kochen. An den Wochenenden ist es üblicher, zusammenzufallen. Wir haben einen großen Flachbildfernseher in der Küche. Ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander ist enorm wichtig. Und natürlich ist Sauberkeit von größter Bedeutung.

Our shared flat is very uncomplicated. During the week we are all quite busy, everybody has its work/study/things. But from time to time we coincide in the kitchen to cook. In the weekends it is more usual to coincide. We have a big flat screen TV in the kitchen. Treating each other with respect is extremely important. And of course being clean is of upmost importance.
