Hi there,
we are renting out a furnished room in a girls' flat from 01.05.2022. We have two bathrooms and a common room with a kitchen, a dishwasher (very nice for students ;) ), and a washer and dryer in the bathroom. You do not need to pay more coins for the washer and dryer :)
The rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, and desk. The kitchen is also fully equipped. You can just pack and go, very good place for starting your life in Munich!
The rent costs €490 inclusive with additional costs (Nebenkosten).
City registration is of course possible!
It is very well connected! The 197 bus stop is just 4 minutes walk. The subway station Neuperlach Zentrum U5 as well as the affiliated shopping center PEP can be reached in 15 walking minutes. You'll have Kaufland and Edeka there. Aldi and Lidl are one bus stop away from the flat. There is also a small district center with all shops (Penny, Turkish Shops, etc) in 4 minutes walking distance. Baker, Rewe, Netto, hairdresser etc.
Everyone is very chill and fun! We use mainly English because everyone is international, but they help me to improve my German as well. :)
We had some picnic, shopping and cooking together. But, of course, it is not a mus, you can go to your room anytime you want.
