Big sunny bedroom with large bed and closet space. Wooden floors and a big window with southern exposure.
The shared office space is in another room on same floor . Only one other housemate on that floor sharing the office and bathroom of that house level. We have an extra long bathtub for tall people included!
Quiet, green neighborhood still close to everything you need!
Bus Lines only 3 minute walk, Metro (U5) is a 10 minute walk from the house.
Giant park directly accross the street with citness center, tennis courts, ice skateng rink, swimming pools and sauna, restaurants and beer garden all within 10 minutes by foot.
Several supermarktes nearby. Downton by public transport or bicycle with 20 minutes.
Communal living! We share food costs, cooking and cleaning fairly with each other.
The ground floor of the house is shared. We have a beautiful home with a fireplace, big screen tv, dining room and modern eat-in kitchen. We even have a piano :-)
The huge garden with badminton court, flowers, fruit trees and vegetable plants is also shared. We grill together with friends and family there, so we all take care of the landscape.
The golden retriever and cat are part of our little community. You do not need to feed or walk them, but loving them is a requirement! The more you love them, the more love you get back in return :-)
Everyone has their own space, but when we are together, it is wonderful! We laugh, play games, listen to music, watch Netflix, cook and eat together whenever we can. Guest are welcome, but within the limit of respecting the other people sharing the house. We respect each other's privacy and space at all times while sharing and caring for each other.
