Hi there! My name is Alessia and this September I'm gonna be moving to the States for about 2 years and for this period I would like to sublet my room to someone :)
The room is pretty big, is 18m². The big window brings you to a balcony where I love to hang my clothes in Summer/Spring and hang some flowers, since as you may have noticed I love plants :D
The flatshare is located in Ramersdorf-Perlach, really easy to reach: there's bus 155 right 1 minute walking from the house! The bus brings you to Karls-Preis-Platz in 10 minutes in case you need to catch a connection with U2, otherwise 3 stops after there is Ostbahnhof. Instead, if you feel like a having a little walk, in 15 minutes you can reach Michaelibad.
You're gonna be living with Marlene, Gabriel and Johannes, or, as they're better known: Marlu, Gabsy and Hansi. Forget living in a purpose-flatshare, here spending time together is part of daily life! Don't worry though, everyone is gonna respect your spaces and times if you need it, otherwise you're gonna get to have a really nice talk with whoever is around or get to watch a movie all together :)
