Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein. Es ist vor zwei Jahren neuer Laminat verlegt worden. Außerdem hält ein dicker neuer Vorhang immer Sommer die Wärme draußen. Das Zimmer ist bereits mit einem kleinen Schreibtisch, einem Bett mit Matratze, einem Schrank und einer Kleiderstange vormöbliert.
Bus 55 ist ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Dieser bringt einen in 5 Minuten entweder zum Karl-Preis-Platz (U2) oder in 10 Minuten zum Ostbahnhof (S-Bahn). Direkt vor der Haustür ist ein großer neuer Aldi, mehrere Bäcker, eine Apotheke und ein Allgemeinarzt. Der Ostpark ist auch nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, welcher Erholung auf den Grünflächen als auch im Michaelibad verspricht. Die Isar ist mit 15 Minuten Fahrradweg auch nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Ich bin Verena und wohne seit einem Jahr in der WG mit Kata, Flo und Felix. Ich werde Ende August ausziehen und dann wird mein Zimmer frei. Dafür suche ich eine Nachmieterin. Kata ist 19 Jahre alt, hat letztes Jahr ihr Abitur gemacht und beginnt wahrscheinlich dieses Jahr ein Studium. Sie ist sehr nett und ruhig. Flo und Felix sind 20 und 24 Jahre alt und gerade für ein 6 monatiges Praktikum in München. Sie werden beide diesen Herbst wieder ausziehen. Das heißt du kannst dann mit Kata gemeinsam einschneiden wer als nächstes in die WG ziehen soll.
