Die Wohnung besteht ingesamt aus 4,5 komplett renovierten Zimmern: 3 WG Zimmer (dein Zimmer + Danis Zimmer +Lous Zimmer), ein ung. 30m^2 großes Wohnzimmer-Esszimmer, eine kleine Küche, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Wc und noch dazu ein separates Wc.
Dazu gibt es noch ein Balkon zur Südseite.
Dein Zimmer ist 11 m^2 groß und unmöbiliert (eventuell können welche Möbel übernommen werden)
Waschmaschine und Trockner befinden sich im Badezimmer.

The apartment consists in total of 4.5 completely renovated rooms: 3 WG rooms (your room +Francesco’s room +Luca's room), an approx. 30m^2 large living room-dining room, a small kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet.
There is also a balcony to the south side.
Your room is 11 m^2 and unfurnished (possibly some furniture can be taken over)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Schwabing-Freimann und 2 min zur U6 entfernt. Also wenn du studierst oder arbeitest, dann liegt die Wohnung perfekt für dich.
Man ist in 11 Min in Münchener Freiheit (da gibt es ganz viele Bars) und dazu gibt es jede Menge Buse und Nachtbusse, wenn es abends mal etwas länger geworden ist.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar (10 min zu Edeka) oder du fährst mit der U6 und findest direkt ganz viele Supermärkte (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka).

The apartment is located in Schwabing-Freimann and 2 min to the U6. So if you study or work, then the apartment is perfect for you.
You are in 11 min in Münchener Freiheit (where there are plenty of bars) and there are plenty of buses and night buses, if you want to stay out longer at night.
Shopping facilities are within walking distance (10 min to Edeka) or you take the U6 and find directly many supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka).
Deine Mitbewohner wären Francesco und Lucas. Francesco ist 24 Jahre alt, kommt aus Italien und studiert Luft und Raumfahrt in seinem Master. Lucas kommt aus Chile, ist berufstätig, ist 26 Jahre alt und treibt viel Sport wie Tennis, Schwimmen, Joggen und ist auch ein sehr geselliger Typ, der gerne mit Freunden abhängt. Wir unternehmen gerne etwas zusammen, wie zum Beispiel kochen, nach der Arbeit etwas trinken, Spiele spielen oder in die Stadt gehen. Wir haben bei uns ganz viel Platz im Wohnzimmer, sodass mal Abendessen mit Freunden oder mit der Wg bietet sich ganz gut an ;)
Wir wollen ein chilliges, ungezwungenes WG- Leben. Für uns ist ein gutes Gemeinschaftsgefühl wichtig und wir hoffen eine gute Freundschaft zu gewinnen. Wir sind keine Zweck Wg und wir suchen jemanden, mit dem wir auch was machen können. Wir haben auch ab und zu Freunde zu hause und freuen uns auch auf Spielabende oder auf einen Feierabend mit Wein oder kochen mal ab und zu mal zusammen :D wir sind eine aktive Wg aber natürlich kann man sich auch zurückziehen.
Bitte fügt eine Beschreibung von dir/ was du machst/ was du in einer Wg suchst, sodass wir einen ersten Eindruck kriegen ;)

Your flatmates would be Francesco and Lucas. Francesco is 24 years old, from Italy and is studying aerospace for his Master's degree. Lucas is from Chile, has a job, is 26 years old and does a lot of sports like tennis, swimming, jogging and is also a very sociable guy who likes to hang out with friends. We like to do things together, such as cooking, having a drink after work, playing games or going into town. We have a lot of space in our living room, so dinner with friends or with the flatmates is a good idea ;)
We want a chill, casual living together. For us, a good sense of community is important and we hope to gain a good friendship. We are not just flat sharing but we are looking for someone to do things with as well. We also have friends at home from time to time and also look forward to planning game nights or some after work with wine :D we are an active shared flat but of course you can also hold yourself back.
