Bei diesem Objekt handelt es sich um ein schönes, voll-möbliertes Zimmer in einer 4-Zimmer-Wohnung (160cm Bett, Schreibtisch + Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Komode). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und wurde vor 8 Jahren komplett neu renoviert. Neue Einbau Küche mit allen Geräte. Ein hochfertiges geräumiges Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und WC gibt es ebenfalls. Dazu gibt es auch ein ganz neu renoviertes Gäste WC. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und es gibt auch einen Innenhof.

This property is a beautiful, fully furnished room in a 4-room apartment (160cm bed, desk + chair, closet, shelf, chest of drawers). The apartment is on the 1st floor and was completely renovated 8 years ago. New fitted kitchen with all appliances. There is also a highly finished spacious bathroom with shower/bathtub and WC. There is also a newly renovated guest WC. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is also an inner courtyard.
The living room is about 22 square meters and very modern furnished: (large leather couch, 1 large LED TV, large dining table, etc ...)
The kitchen is also very modern, all appliances are tip top (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, microwave and other appliances).

Die Straßenbahn ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die U-Bahn (U6) in nur 3 Minuten. Wenn du in die U-Bahn einsteigst, bist du in 2 Minuten an der Münchner Freiheit und in 8 Minuten im Stadtzentrum am Marienplatz.
Wenn du zur TUM in Garching willst, brauchst du nur 17 Minuten mit der U-Bahn, und die LMU im Stadtzentrum ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt.
Der Lufthansa-Bus bringt dich direkt zum Flughafen und kommt alle 20 Minuten vorbei, und die Haltestelle ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Der Englische Garten ist nur 500 Meter entfernt - ein kurzer Spaziergang, und schon sind Sie mitten im Grünen.
Auch der Olympiapark ist nur 15min mit der U-Bahn entfernt.

Wann genau wir die Übergabe machen, können wir zusammen besprechen, so dass es für uns beide mit den Feiertagen rund um das Neue Jahr passt.
