In our WG at Frankfurter Ring is a bright, large 29sqm room free, it has a window and access to the balcony that is shared with a resident.
The apartment has a total of 115 sqm and is spacious. Split into a large hallway from which you can reach all rooms: WC, bathroom, kitchen, storage room and rooms. Washing machines can be used in the basement, there is even a dishwasher.
The residential complex is located over a CrossFit box (possibility to train there) and on the highway, which is why you should not be so sensitive to noise.
The warm rental including electricity and ancillary costs is €700.00, Wlan is exclusive and the arrival date is agreed.
In unserer WG am Frankfurter Ring ist ein helles, großes 29qm Zimmer frei, es hat ein Fenster und einen Zugang zum Balkon, der mit einem Bewohner geteilt wird.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 115qm und ist großzügig gestaltet. Aufgeteilt in einem großen Flur von dem man alle Zimmer erreichen kann: WC, Bad, Küche, Abstellraum und die Zimmer. Waschmaschinen können im Untergeschoss mitbenutzt werden, es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnanlage befindet sich über einer CrossFit Box (Möglichkeit dort zu trainieren) und an der Autobahn, weshalb man nicht so Geräuschempfindlich sein sollte.
Die Warmmiete inkl. Strom und Nebenkosten beträgt 700,00€ Euro, Wlan ist exklusiv und der Einzugstermin nach Vereinbarung.
About 500 meters from the apartment you will find the northern and most beautiful part of the English Garden.
The metro U6 - student city - is only a 7-10-minute walk away, with which you can reach Munich's freedom or the Marienplatz in a few minutes.
By bus which takes you outside the door you arrive in a few minutes to Aldi, L’Osteria and a bakery.
A free parking is included if necessary.
Ca. 500 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt geht es in den nördlicheren und schönsten Teil des Englischen Gartens.
Die U-Bahn U6 - Studentenstadt - ist nur nur ca 7-10 Gehminuten entfernt, mit der man in wenigen Minuten zur Münchner Freiheit oder zum Marienplatz gelangt.
Mit dem Bus der vor der Türe abfährt kommt man in wenigen Minuten zum Aldi, zur L‘Osteria und einer Bäckerei.
