Beautiful room in the beautiful house Schönes Zimmer im wunderschönem Haus

Hi :

We are looking for a new roommate for our beautiful house in Freimann. A room is free from June. You would still share bathroom with Becky because Julienne has a private bathroom and Vanshi, who lives downstairs.
Room is furnished with direct view of our garden.
So you don't have to worry about furniture in the beginning. :

Location

If you like to spend time, this room is perfect for you. In 10 minutes you are at the Isar and in less than half an hour (with public transport) at Marienplatz.
2 minutes walk is the first bus stop that takes you to the U-Bahn student city. Otherwise you will be in about 7 minutes by bike at Freimann Metro stop.
Aldi is about 7 minutes walk from our house. So there is everything that heart desires. :

If you love Nature, you are going to be in just 10 minutes walking on Isar. So Marienplatz is less than helped an hour (with public transport) away from our house.
The bus station it’s two minutes from our house and it’s going to bring you to studentenstadt U6. Other possibility is to drive a bike for seven minutes and go to Freimann so u6.
Aldi it’s just seven minute walking from our house. So you have everything that you need quite near.

WG life

You were living here with Julienne, Becky and Vanshi.
Julienne works full time from April and is often in the home office. She is very sympathetic and likes to be with each of the time. She likes to cook and often meets with her friends. :
Vanshu works as full time and is often in the office. She moves in her room down in June. She is just as open and likes to take some time to chat.

CASTINGS STATISTICS

You would live with Julienne, Becky and Vanshi. They are all working full-time. Julienne works very often in home office and it’s very communicative and open for every discussion. She likes to cook and meet her friends quite often.
Vanshiis more often going to the office, but so enjoys and takes time to chat in the kitchen. She is very open and likes to talk. She is going to move in, in June.
Becky is going to move in Julay. She is lawyer and enjoyes cooking and long walks.

Other

I know it's a cliché to write everything can't, but actually has to run our WG life here. We were all professional and had very different schedules and routines. Nevertheless, we appreciated when we managed to drink all together a glass of wine.
Cleanliness is important to us, but we all had WG experiences, we decided against cleaning plan. Of course, this can also change, as far as everything has worked very well.
So it is a beautiful house with beautiful people and if you want to get to know us, please write to us 😊

The live together is very uncomplicated. Our schedules are very different, but we were still happy from time to time we found time to sit down and drink together a glass of wine.
It is important to us that the house is clean, but despite it, we did not have a schedule to clean. we all have experience with living with another people and somehow what everything clean and functioning so without a schedule. But everything is discussable
So if you are interested in leaving in a very nice, modern cozy house with very kind people don’t hesitate and write us 😊

Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerinnen für unser wunderschönes Haus in Freimann. Ein zimmer ist bei uns ab Juni frei. Du würdest Badezimmer noch mit Becky teilen, da Julienne die oben wohnt ein eigenes Bad hat und genauso Vanshi, die unten wohnt.
Zimmer ist möbiliert mit direktem blick auf unseren Garten.
Also musst du dir am Anfang keine Sorge um Möbel machen. :)

Lage

Wenn du dir gerne Auszeit gönnst, ist diese Zimmer perfekt für dich. In 10 Minuten bist du am Isar und in weniger als halbe Stunde (mit öffentlichen Verkehr) am Marienplatz.
2 Minuten zu Fuß ist die erste Bushaltestelle, die dich zum U-bahn Studentenstadt bringt. Ansonsten bist du in etwa 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad bei Freimann U-Bahn Haltestelle.
Aldi befindet sich etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß von unserem Haus. Hier gibt’s also alles, was Herz begehrt. :)

WG-Leben

Du wurdest hier mit Julienne, Becky und Vanshi wohnen.
Julienne arbeitet ab April Vollzeit und ist oft im Home-Office. Sie ist sehr gesellig und unterhält sich gerne mit jedem der Zeit hat. Sie kocht auch gerne und trifft sich oft mit ihren Freunden. :)
Vanshu arbeitet genauso Vollzeit und ist oft im Büro. Sie zieht mitte Juni in ihr zimmer unten. Sie ist genauso sehr offen und nimmt sich gerne Zeit um ein bisschen zu plaudern.
Im Juli zieht auch noch Becky ein. Sie ist Anwältin und arbeite ebenso vollzeit. Wenn du dir ein besseres Bild von deinen zukünftigen Mitbewohnern machen möctest,, kannst du bei WG Casting viel mehr erfahren.

Sonstiges

Ich weiß, es ist ein Klischee zu schreiben alles kann nichts, muss aber tatsächlich läuft so unsere WG Leben hier. Wir sind alle berufstätig gewesen und hatten sehr unterschiedliche Tagespläne und Routine. Nichtsdestotrotzt haben wir aber geschätzt, wenn wir mal geschafft haben, alle zusammen ein Gläschen Wein zu trinken.
Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, da wir aber alle schon WG Erfahrungen hatten, haben wir uns gegen Putzplan entschieden. Das kann sich natürlich auch ändern, soweit hat aber alles auch ohne ganz gut funktioniert.
Es ist also ein wunderschönes Haus mit wunderschönen Menschen und wenn du uns gerne kennen lernen möchtest, schreibt uns gerne 😊
