Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für mein WG-Zimmer in Freimann ab dem 15.Juli 2025. Das Zimmer ist 11,5m2 groß, neu renoviert und bereits mit Möbeln ausgestattet (siehe Bilder; Matratze mit Matratzenschoner, Bettdecke und Kissen).

I am looking for a new tenant for my shared room in Freimann beginning 15 July 2025. The room is 11.5m2, newly renovated and already equipped with furniture (see pictures; mattress with mattress protector, duvet and pillows).
The four WG is located in Freimann about 6min from the U6 stop Freimann. This has good connections to the city as well as to Garching.
Old heaths are reached by underground within two minutes and the Munich freedom is reached in six minutes.
In 15-20 minutes the northern part of the English Garden is within walking distance (5 min by bike).

Die vierer WG liegt in Freimann etwa 6min von der U6-Haltestelle Freimann entfernt. Dadurch hat man gute Anbindungen in die Stadt, sowie nach Garching.
Alte Heide erreicht man mit der U-Bahn innerhalb von zwei Minuten und die Münchner Freiheit hat man in sechs Minuten erreicht.
In 15-20 Minuten ist der Nordteil des Englischen Gartens fußläufig erreichbar (5 min mit dem Fahrrad).

Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 6 Monate und die Kündigungsfrist sind 3 Monate. Eine Kaution von 2000€ muss zu Mietbeginn gezahlt werden.
Die Miete beträgt 775€ alles inklusive (heißt: möbliert, Wasser, Strom, WLAN, GEZ).
Wenn Du zwischen 20 und 27 Jahre alt, offen, aufgeschlossen, ordentlich und kommunikationsfähig bist, dann melde Dich gerne. :))

The minimum rental period is 6 months and the cancellation period is 3 months. A deposit of 2000€ must be paid at the start of the tenancy.
The rent is 775€ all inclusive (furnished, water, electricity, WLAN, GEZ).
