The room is about 14 sqm. The floor is a laminate floor. Next to the bed on the window is a large desk with a swivel chair. Opposite the bed is a wardrobe wall with virtine cabinet and wardrobe. Everything in beech replica. Living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet are shared. The room is in the rear area of the apartment and opposite the bathroom.
On both sides request extension of rental time!!!
Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 qm gross. Der Boden ist ein Laminatboden. Neben dem Bett am Fenster steht ein großer Schreibtisch mit einem Drehstuhl. Gegenüber vom Bett steht eine Schrankwand mit Virtinenschrank und Kleiderschrank. Alles in Buche Nachbildung. Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und separate Toilette werden gemeinsam benutzt. Das Zimmer ist im hinteren Bereich der Wohnung und gleich gegenüber vom Bad.
Auf beidseitigen Wunsch Verlängerung der Mietzeit!!!
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a multi-family house and is about 2 minutes from the underground station U6 Kieferngarten.
Underground (U6) is 15 minutes in the city centre (Marienplatz). From there all S-Bahn trains go to the outer areas of Munich. The U6 runs every 5-10 minutes. The technical university in Garching can be reached in 10 minutes by U6. Best shopping facilities stop Nordfriedhof or Garching.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und liegt ca. 2 Minuten von der U-Bahn Haltestelle U6 Kieferngarten entfernt.
Mit der U-Bahn (U6) ist man in 15 Minuten in der Stadtmitte (Marienplatz). Von dort fahren alle S-Bahnen in die Aussenbereiche Münchens. Die U6 fährt alle 5-10 Minuten. Die technische Universitat in Garching ist in 10 Minuten mit der U6 zu erreichen. Beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Haltestelle Nordfriedhof oder Garching.
This residential community is a purpose WG. A nice and reliable roommate wants to share the apartment with a student from China (27) and me (64). We have a purpose WG but if it results you can also make common trips or cook together. Everything can't have to. If you are working, studying or doing internships and looking for a cozy living room, please apply.
