Entspannte 2er Wg in guter Position in Schwabing. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und geht Richtung Innenhof, man hat vom Schreibtisch aus also einen schönen Ausblick ins Grüne. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, sowie ein netter Balkon sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Nebenstraße der Leopoldstraße, ist also sehr zentral gelegen und dennoch ziemlich ruhig. In weniger als 5 Minuten ist man dan der Tram Station Schwabinger Tor und von da aus gleich an der Münchner Freiheit. Einige Supermärkte und eine super Bäckerei sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Olympiapark und der Nordteil des Englischen Gartens sind zu Fuß auch schnell zu erreichen.
Deine Mitbewohnerin auf Zeit studiert im Master an der LMU und ist fast immer für einen Kaffee oder Plausch zu begeistern.
Zimmer könnte flexibel auch nur für zwei Wochen vom 15/01/22 bis zum 31/01/22 vermietet werden.
