Hallo!
Bei uns wird von Anfang März bis September (ein bisschen flexibel) ein Zimmer frei. Die 2-Zimmer Wohnung ist ca. 5 Minuten von der Münchner Freiheit entfernt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im 4. Stock. Das Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet, ca. 15 qm groß und möbliert mit höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch, bequemen Schlafsofa, Kleiderstange (aktuell noch im Keller) und Regal. Im März und April hättest du die Wohnung für dich alleine und ab Mai wohnst du mit mir (Benjamin) zusammen, ich bin dann von einem Auslandsaufenthalt zurück.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und du bräuchtest außer deinen persönlichen Dingen nichts, um dich zu Hause zu fühlen. :) Für ein Praktikum / Praxissemester oder zum Start in der Stadt also ideal. Die Warmmiete pro Monat inklusive Internet & Rundfunkgebühren ist 850 Euro für März und April, 750 Euro danach.
Ein paar Dinge zu mir:
Ich bin Benjamin und mache eine Promotion in Physik. Unter der Woche bin ich mit meinem PhD gut eingespannt, abends gehe ich klettern, schwimmen, eine Doku im Kino schauen oder treffe mich mit Freunden. Am Wochenende bin ich oft in den Bergen unterwegs oder auch irgendwo anders in Europa. Ich koche gern vegetarisch/vegan. Du solltest dreimal geimpft sein :)

Hi!
We have a room available from thebeginning of March until September (a bit flexible). The 2-room apartment is about 5 minutes away from Münchner Freiheit in a quiet side street on the 4th floor. The room is south facing, about 15 sqm and furnished with height adjustable desk, comfortable sofa bed, clothes rail (at the moment in the basement) and shelf. In March and April you would have the apartment to yourself and from May you will live with me (Benjamin), I will be back from a stay abroad.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you would not need anything except your personal things to feel at home. :) So for an internship / practical semester or to start in the city ideal. Warm rent per month including internet & broadcasting fees is 850 euros for March and April, 750 euros after that.
A few things about me:
I'm Benjamin and I'm doing a PhD in physics. During the week I am busy with my PhD, in the evenings I go climbing, swimming, watch a documentary in the cinema or meet friends. On weekends I am often out in the mountains or somewhere else in Europe. I like to cook vegetarian/vegan. You should be vaccinated three times :)
