Es ist soweit! Wir, Hanna (28), Michi (31), suchen für unsere Wohngemeinschaft ab 01.03. einen neue langfristigen Mitbewohner! :)
In unserer Altbauwohnung im Dachgeschoss (4. OG) warten wir und großzügige Gemeinschaftsräume mit Wohn- und Esszimmer, Küche, Bad, WC und kleinem Balkon, sowie Stellflächen (auf dem Dachboden und im Kellerabteil) auf dich!
Das freie Zimmer hat eine Größe von ca 27 m² und ist mit einem festem Wandregal, einem Vitrinenschrank und einer kleinen Kommode teilmöbliert. Das Zimmer hat einen charmanten Alkoven, der als Bettnische (wie auf den Bildern) oder begehbarer Kleiderschrank oÄ nutzbar ist.
Der Boden besteht aus gewachsten Holzdielen.
Hinter dem festverschraubten Vitrinenschrank verbirgt sich eine Durchgangstüre die mit einem speziellen Schaumstoff schallisoliert wurde, für die gesamte Konstruktion fällt eine Ablöse von 100€ an.
Zum Rest der Wohnung:
Wir haben nur eine kleine Küche aber dafür ein großzügiges Esszimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon. Leider gibt es keine Spülmaschine. Außerdem gibt es einen Langen Flur, mit großer Gardarobe und Schuhschrank, sowie ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch.
Bad und Toilette sind bei uns getrennt, was in einer WG natürlich sehr praktisch ist.

The time has come! We, Hanna (28), Michi (31), are looking for a new long-term roommate for our shared flat from 01.03.! :)
In our old apartment on the top floor (4th floor) we have spacious common rooms with living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and small balcony, as well as storage space (in the attic and in the cellar) waiting for you!
The free room is approx. 27 m² in size and is partially furnished with a fixed wall shelf, a display cabinet and a small chest of drawers. The room has a charming alcove that can be used as a bed alcove (as in the pictures) or a walk-in closet or similar.
The floor is made of waxed wooden floorboards.
Behind the fixed display cabinet there is a passage door that has been soundproofed with a special foam, for the entire construction there is a replacement fee of 100€.
The rest of the apartment:
We only have a small kitchen but a spacious dining room with direct access to the balcony. Unfortunately there is no dishwasher. There is also a long hallway with a large wardrobe and shoe cupboard, as well as a living room with a couch.
The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is of course very practical in a shared apartment.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein Traum - Sie liegt super zentral direkt in der Giselastraße, die gleichnamige U-Bahnstation ist c.a. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Busse sind Linie 54; 58 und 68, ebenfalls schnell erreichbar und der Nachtbus hält auch fast vor unserer Haustüre. Wir sind also bestens angebunden!
MVG Räder stehen hier auch meistens rum, zum englischen Garten läuft man noch schneller und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man auch recht schnell zu Fuß.

The location of the apartment is a dream - It is super centrally located directly in Giselastraße, the subway station of the same name is about 5 minutes walk away. Bus lines 54, 58 and 68 can also be reached quickly and the night bus stops almost on our doorstep. So we are very well connected!
MVG bikes are also usually parked here, the "Englischer Garten" is even quicker to walk to and various shopping facilities can also be reached quite quickly on foot.
Wir wünschen uns einen Mitbewohner, der ebenfalls im Berufsleben steht (Master ist auch o.k.), sowie Interesse an einem gemütlichen und gemeinschaftlichem Zusammenleben hat.
Unsere Interessen bestehen im Kochen, Sporteln, Games, Film und Fernsehen, Braukultur, Club-Besuchen, Museumsbesuchen, Brettspiele, schwarzem Humor, veganer Ernährung, carnivorer Ernährung, Sofa, Kneipenbesuchen, Radfahren, Kaffee, Kultur, Fotografie, Kinematographie, Geschichte, Techno, Jazz, Berge, Nicht-Rauchen, Rauchen - usw. Wir hänge gerne draußen oder in der Kneipe/Club ab.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und freuen uns über deine Nachricht.

We are looking for a roommate who is also a professional (Master's degree is also ok) and is interested in a cozy and communal living together.
Our interests are cooking, sports, games, film and TV, brewing culture, club visits, museum visits, board games, black humor, vegan diet, carnivorous diet, sofa, pub visits, cycling, coffee, culture, photography, cinematography, history, techno, jazz, mountains, non-smoking, smoking - etc. We like to hang out outside or in the pub/club.
