Die Wohnung ist 4 Gehminuten von der U6 (Dietlindenstraße) und 7 Gehminuten von der U3/U6 (Münchner Freiheit) entfernt. Vor dem Gebäude befinden sich 3 Bushaltestellen und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (23), die Sie zur Münchner Freiheit bringen, wenn Sie nicht die 7 Minuten zu Fuß gehen möchten.
Etwa 5 Minuten entfernt finden Sie einen Rewe-Markt und in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß haben Sie Zugang zu jedem gewünschten Supermarkt. Ebenso können Sie das große gastronomische und kulturelle Angebot genießen, das der Sektor Münchner Freiheit bietet.

The apartment is a 4-minute walk from the U6 (Dietlindenstraße) and a 7-minute walk from the U3/U6 (Münchner Freiheit). In front of the building there are 3 bus stops and a Tram stop (23) that will take you to Münchner Freiheit if you don't want to walk the 7 minutes.
About 5 minutes away you will find a Rewe store, and in about 10 minutes walking you will have access to any supermarket you want. In the same way you can enjoy the great gastronomic and cultural offer that the Münchner Freiheit sector offers.
Ihr Mitbewohner wird Christopher sein, ein sehr freundlicher und charismatischer Brite. Er liebt es zu teilen und hilfsbereit zu sein, sowie zu reden und ein paar Witze zu machen. Christopher arbeitet viel, also ist er die meiste Zeit nicht zu Hause. Er raucht, obwohl er dafür den Balkon nutzt und für richtiges Lüften verantwortlich ist. (Ich persönlich rauche nicht und obwohl Christopher raucht, nehme ich normalerweise den Geruch nicht wahr)

Your Roomate will be Christopher, a very kind and charismatic Briton. He likes to share and be helpful, as well as chat and make some jokes. Christopher works a lot so most of the time he is away from home. He smokes, although for this he uses the balcony and is responsible for properly ventilating. (I personally don't smoke and although Christopher smokes, I don't normally notice the smell)
Das Zimmer ist vermietet, da ich diese drei Monate in meiner Heimat lebe, aber die Möglichkeit besteht, dass ich nie nach München zurückkomme. Vielleicht können Sie am Ende also einen Verlängerungsvertrag oder sogar einen langfristigen Vertrag abschließen.

The room is rented because I am living in my homeland these 3 monhts, but there is a chance that I never get back to munich so maybe you can have at the end a extension contract or even a long term contract.
