Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchenden,
bei uns wir ein (teilmöbliertes) Zimmer in unserer schönen WG frei!! Das Zimmer steht schon leer und wäre sofort bezugsbereit, ein Einzug Mitte Dezember oder Anfang Januar ist aber auch möglich.
Dein Zimmer liegt im ersten Stock und hat sowohl Richtung Norden als auch Richtung Süden ein Fenster. Es ist sehr praktisch geschnitten (L-förmig), sodass man sich sowohl Chill Bereich als auch Schlaf und Homeoffice Bereich einrichten kann..
Es handelt sich um ein Reihenhaus mit Garten, in dem du deinen grünen Daumen ausleben kannst.
Wir bieten ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete große Küche und einen Garten als Highlight inkl. Feuerschale. Dazu gibt es eine Putzfrau die wöchentlich kommt.
Wir sind eine Berufstätigen WG (2 PhD-ler, 1 IT-Projektmanager) und machen gerne mal was zusammen, speziell bei Sonne im Garten – alles ganz entspannt. Suchen nach jemanden der bereits in der Berufswelt angekommen ist, haben aber auch nichts gegen einen Studenten im höheren Semester sofern es passt.
Die Miete besteht aus der Kaltmiete an die Vermieterin 665€ und ca. 110€ Nebenkosten für Strom, Gas, Müll, Internet etc. an ein gemeinsames WG-Konto - die NB werden aller Voraussicht nach noch etwas sinken.
Ein Bett und eine Kommode kann übernommen werden gegen eine kleine Ausgleichszahlung.

Your room is on the first floor and has a window facing both north and south. It is very practically cut (L-shaped), so that you can set up a chill area as well as a sleeping and home office area.
It is a terraced house with a garden where you can live out your green thumb.
We offer a shared living room, a fully equipped large kitchen and a garden as a highlight including a fire bowl. There is also a cleaning lady who comes weekly.
We are a working flat share (2 PhD students, 1 IT project manager) and like to do things together, especially when the sun is shining in the garden - everything is very relaxed. We are looking for someone who has already arrived in the professional world, but also have nothing against a student in a higher semester if it fits.
The rent consists of the basic rent to the landlady 665€ and approx. 110€ service charges for electricity, gas, rubbish, internet etc. to a joint WG account - the service charges are likely to fall a little.
A bed and a chest of drawers can be taken over for a small compensation payment.

Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich die Bushaltestelle Freiligrathstr, an der tagsüber Busse direkt zum Scheidplatz fahren oder für Nachtschwärmer der Nachtbus fast direkt vor dem Haus landet.
Die dem Haus am nächsten gelegenen U-Bahn-Stationen sind die Stationen Milbertshofen und Scheidplatz, von denen aus du fast alle Teile Münchens erreichen kannst.
Wenn du mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs bist, geht es geradeaus die Leopoldstraße runter bis zur Universität und dann in den Rest von München. Wir fahren viel Rad, das Haus ist für Radfahrer sehr gut gelegen..

Paul - ein Umweltingenieur, der sich für Metal-Konzerte und Musik interessiert. Ihr trefft ihn auf allen möglichen Festivals und Events. Er ist auch extrem leidenschaftlich für Nachhaltigkeit, lebt vegan und nimmt gern das Rad. Außerdem braut er Bier.
Giorgio - Italiener, Astrophysiker, der häufig auf die Kanarischen Inseln reist, um nächtelang den Himmel anzuschauen ;) Er ist auch ein großer Anime- und Manga-Fan, so dass existenzielle Gespräche mit ihm bei einem oder drei Bier ziemlich gut verlaufen!
Daniel - Der zweite an der Uni hängengebliebene, jedoch durchaus liebenswerter Mensch! Fährt gern mit dem Rad nach Garching zur Uni, kocht leidenschaftlich, macht Musik und besitzt eine der lautesten Lache, die du je gehört hast. (Giorgio ist Nummer 2)

WG-Leben nach dem Motto "alles kann, nichts muss". Definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Im Garten grillen wir ganz gern mal gemeinsam. Im Großen Wohnzimmer mit TV gruseln wir uns gerne mal bei Trashy-Horror-Filmabenden oder suchten zusammen eine Serie.
Die Küche bietet Platz für zwei bis drei Personen, um gleichzeitig Speisen zuzubereiten, was für München ein Segen ist und ist mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Vor dem Haus gibt es einen großen Platz für die Fahrräder und alle anderen Hausutensilien.

Shared flat living according to the motto "everything can, nothing must". Definitely not a functional flat share. We like to have a barbecue together in the garden. In the large living room with TV, we like to scare ourselves with trashy horror film evenings or watch a series together.
The kitchen has space for two to three people to prepare meals at the same time, which is a blessing for Munich, and is equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a large space in front of the house for bicycles and all other household utensils.
