Hey Guys, Marc(ich) verlässt uns leider zum 20. August um sein Auslandssemester an der EDHEC zu machen und schafft Platz für eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner*in.
Die Miete daher auf 4 Monate befristet.
Die Wohnung mit Nordausrichtung besteht aus einem kleinem Schlafzimmer (ca 11qm), einem großen Schlafzimmer (ca 18qm) einer Küche (3,6 qm), einem Bad (3,6 qm) und einem Flur (5qm). Das zu vermietende große Schlafzimmer is möbliert mit 140er Bett, Fernseher, Stereoanlage mit Bluetooth sowie Schlafcouch und allem was man als Student noch so braucht. :)
Spühlmaschine ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Fahrradraum, und Kellerabteil sind im Keller vorhanden. Die Miete beträgt 850€ für den Zeitraum und beinhaltet Nebenkosten und GEZ.

Hey Guys, Marc(I) is unfortunately leaving us on August 20 to do his semester abroad at EDHEC and make room for a new roommate.
The rent is therefore limited to 4 months.
The apartment with north orientation consists of a small bedroom (approx. 11 sqm), a large bedroom (approx. 18 sqm), a kitchen (3.6 sqm), a bathroom (3.6 sqm) and a hallway (5 sqm). The large bedroom is furnished with a 140cm bed, TV, stereo with Bluetooth, sofa bed and everything else you need as a student. :)
Dishwasher is available in the apartment. Washing machine, bike room, and cellar compartment are available in the basement. The rent is 850€ for the period and includes utilities and GEZ.
Das tolle an der Wohnung ist vor allem die starke Lage. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anwohnerstraße nur 500 meter vom Olympiapark entfernt und ist somit ideal gelegen, um sämtliche Verantstaltungen des Olympiaparks zu genießen. Außerdem ist die Wohnung ca 5 min von der nächsten Ubahn U3 Petuelring entfernt, weswegen man maximal 15 minuten zur TUM und LMU braucht. Außerdem ideal geeignet ist die Wohnung für BMW Praktikanten, da das BMW Werk in ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Edeka und Penny sind ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Falls du mal einen latschigen Tag hast haben wir vor derHaustüre drei leckere Restaurants/Take-aways aus allen Weltregionen.

The great thing about the apartment is especially the strong location. It is located in a quiet residential street only 500 meters from the Olympic Park and is therefore ideally located to enjoy all Verantstaltungen of the Olympic Park. In addition, the apartment is about 5 minutes from the nearest subway U3 Petuelring away, which is why you need a maximum of 15 minutes to TUM and LMU. The apartment is also ideal for BMW interns, as the BMW plant is about 7 minutes walk away.
Shopping facilities such as Edeka and Penny are also only a few minutes away.
If you have a slippery day, we have three delicious restaurants/take-aways from all regions of the world on the doorstep.
Dein Mitbewohner ist Batikan, 24 Student für "Data Science Enginnering" , sehr aufgeschlossen und einfach zugänglich. Wir haben ein sehr entspanntes Miteinander und sitzen gerne zusammen und quatschen über Gott und die Welt. Wenn man sich aber zurück ziehen mag ist das natürlich auch drin. Ganz nach dem Motto alles kann, nichts muss.

Your roommate is Batikan, 24 student for "Data Science Enginnering" , very open-minded and easily accessible. We have a very relaxed togetherness and like to sit together and chat about God and the world. But if you like to withdraw, that is of course also possible. According to the motto everything can, nothing must.
