Hallo, willkommen in unserer WG! Wir sind insgesamt 3 Personen und ab dem 1. April (flexibel, auch fruher/spater) wird ein Zimmer bei uns verfügbar. Es ist ein großes Zimmer, das komplett möbliert ist: Bett, Kommode, Tisch und integrierter Kleiderschrank sind vorhanden. In der Küche gibt es einen Gasherd, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Kühlschrank und genügend Ablageflächen für viele Lebensmittel. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Gemeinschaftstoilette und genügend Gemeinschaftsräume, die wir z.B. zum Essen oder Feiern nutzen.

Hello, welcome to our shared flat! We are 3 in total and from the 1st of April onwards (but we are a bit flexible for earlier/later movings) there will be a room available. It is large room totally furnished: bed, dresser, table and integrated closet are available.
In the kitchen there is a gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and enough storage space for many food items. The apartment has a shared toilet and enough common areas that we use, for example, to eat, party or have a beer together.

Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Hohenzollernplatz (U2 Hohenzollerplatz). Vom Zimmer bis zum Gleis kann man wirklich in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Neben der U-Bahn gibt es auch viele andere Möglichkeiten, mit Bus und Tram überall in der Stadt hinzufahren. In der Nähe gibt es auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Lidl, Netto), Apotheken, Döner, McDonalds, sowie verschiedene gute Restaurants und Bars, für die Schwabing sehr bekannt ist.
Weitere bekannte Orte in der Nähe sind:
- TUM Theresienstraße (5 min - nur 2 Stationen von der U2 Hohenzollernplatz entfernt)

The apartment is located directly at Hohenzollernplatz (U2 Hohenzollerplatz). From the room to the platform you can really walk in 2 minutes. Besides the U-Bahn, there are also many other possibilities to go everywhere in the city by bus and streetcar. Nearby there are also many shops (Rewe, Lidl, Netto), pharmacies, Döner, McDonalds, as well as several good restaurants and bars, for which Schwabing is very famous.
Other well-known places nearby are:

Hier findest du mich (Carlos), einen Brasilianer, der schon seit 4 Jahren in München lebt, und Arturo, einen Spanier aus Madrid, der auch mehr oder weniger zur gleichen Zeit nach München gezogen ist. Caterina ist unsere dritte Mitbewohnerin (Italien), aber nach Beendigung ihres Erasmus-Programms muss sie zurück nach Italien ziehen, um ihr Studium in der Heimat fortzusetzen.
Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass es eine ziemlich internationale WG ist und wir es wirklich mögen, Leute mit verschiedenen Hintergründen zu treffen. In unserem WG-Leben treffen wir uns oft mit unseren Freunden von der Arbeit/Studium, um zum Beispiel gemeinsam zu kochen. Wenn du also zu uns stößt, kannst du davon ausgehen, dass du etwas zunimmst, nachdem du Arturos Tortillas probiert hast.

Here you will find me (Carlos), a Brazilian who has been living in Munich for 4 years now, and Arturo, a Spaniard from Madrid who also moved to Munich more or less at the same time. Caterina is our third roommate (Italy), but after finishing her Erasmus program she has to move back to Italy to continue her studies back home.
To sum up, it's a pretty international WG and we really like meeting people from different backgrounds. In our WG life, we often meet up with our friends from work/study to cook together, for example. So if you join us, you can expect to gain some weight after trying Arturo's tortillas.
