Spaceous and bright room in a quiet street in one of the best areas of Munich (close to univerisity, Marienplatz and English Garden). The room has large windows with trees in front, a big bed (180 cm), a day bed / sofa with view out of the window, a table with chair. (No proper kitchen included; also no wardrobe as it contains my private belongings.) A few hangers for your clothes are on the door. A water kettle and a mini fridge are in the room (dishes, cutlery, french press can be provided); dishes would need to be washed in the bathroom. The bathroom is shared with me when I am home as well. Important: only non-smokers!! (I have asthma, the room must stay 100% smokefree).
