Das Zimmer ist hell mit Südfenster im Dachgeschoss und ist mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl möbliert. Dafür wäre eine Ablöse an die aktuelle Mitbewohnerin zu zahlen.
Außerdem ist am Fenster ein Katzennetz, da ich (Diego) eine Katze habe.
Neben diesem Zimmer gibt es noch 2 weitere WG
Zimmer, eine große gemeinsame Küche und ein Tageslichtbad mit WC, Badewanne und Waschmaschine.

The room is bright with a south facing window on the top floor. It comes with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, you would need to pay the roomie thats moving out the cost of the furniture thats left.
The window has a cat net which is necessary because I (Diego) have a small cat.
Apart from this room there's two more bedrooms, a big shared kitchen and a bathroom with window, bathtub and washing machine.

Die Wohnung befindet sich gegenüber der Station Nordbad mit Anschluss an Straßenbahn und Bus und 5 Minuten Fußweg zur U2 Hohenzollernplatz.

This flat is located in front of the Nordbad station which is connected to tram, bus and 5 minutes walking distance to the U2 Hohenzollernplatz.

Wir sind Auri (1.5, Katze), Thomas (25, Filmstudent) und Diego (31, 3D-Automobil-Designer), wir sind eine gesellige und ruhige WG. Wir kochen gerne und treffen uns immer mal auf einen guten Kaffee oder ein Bier in der Küche. Partys in der Wohnung sind eher selten, aber Freunde immer gerne willkommen und ab und zu essen wir zusammen.
Auri ist eine saubere und verschmuste Katze, liebenswert und, immer bereit zu spielen und zu erkunden.
Wir haben eine freundliche Atmosphäre und es ist uns wichtig, dass sich in der Wohnung alle wohlfühlen.
Dafür ist auch unser putzplan wichtig, mit dem wir sicherstellen, dass die gemeinsamen Räume immer sauber sind. .

We are Auri (1.5, cat), Thomas (25, Film student), and Diego (31, 3D Automotive Designer). We are a sociable and quiet WG, and like to cook and share a good coffe or beer in the kitchen. We don't usually have parties in the flat, but friends are always welcome and we have dinner from time to time.
Auri on the other hand is a clean cat, adorable and very docile, always ready to play and explore.
It is important to us, to have a friendly atmosphere in the house. Our cleaning plan makes sure that the common areas are always clean. .

You will have a place to store your kitchen stuff (if you have) the kitchen is fully equipped.
