Das Zimmer ist mit seinen 27 qm bei 3,30 m Deckenhöhe sehr geräumig. Bisher und auch davor haben da jeweils ein Paar drin gewohnt und dafür ist das Zimmer auch sehr gut geeignet. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Wegen der Übernahme von Möbeln von den Vormieter:innen können wir dann schreiben.
Wie man in den Fotos sehen kann hat die sanierte, insgesamt 101 qm große Altbau-Wohnung eine große Küche und einen großen Balkon.
In der Küche finden auch sechs Leute bequem Platz am Tisch und der Balkon hat einen Tisch und viel Platz zB für Pflanzen. Der Balkon geht nach Süden.
Außerdem haben wir neben dem Bad (praktischerweise) eine getrennte Toilette und auch eine Abstellkammer in der die neue Waschmaschine steht. Die Spülmaschine ist auch neu.
Das Haus hat einen Aufzug und wir haben ein sehr großes Kellerabteil.

The room is very spacious with its 27 square metres and a ceiling height of 3.30 metres. Previously and also before that, a couple lived in it and the room is also very suitable for this. The room is rented unfurnished. We can then write about taking over furniture from the previous tenants.
As you can see in the photos, the renovated, 101 square metre flat in an old building has a large kitchen and a large balcony.
The kitchen can comfortably seat six people at the table and the balcony has a table and plenty of space for plants, for example. The balcony faces south.
We also have a separate toilet next to the bathroom (conveniently) and a storage room where the new washing machine is located. The dishwasher is also new.
The house has a lift and we have a very large cellar compartment.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Kurfürstenplatz und ist daher sehr gut angebunden (Tram und Bus direkt vor der Haustür und U2 Hohenzollernplatz in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß).
Mitten in Schwabing liegt die Wohnung in einem schönen und sehr belebten Viertel. Der nächste Supermarkt ist gerade mal zwei Minuten von der Haustür entfernt und auch sonst gibt es ringsrum viele Geschäfte (zB eine Fahrradwerkstatt ums Eck;) und Restaurants. Auch der Englische Garten ist mit 5 Minuten auf dem Fahrrad oder ein paar Bushaltestellen sehr gut erreichbar.

The flat is located directly on Kurfürstenplatz and is therefore very well connected (tram and bus right outside the front door and U2 Hohenzollernplatz in a few minutes on foot).
In the centre of Schwabing, the flat is located in a beautiful and very lively neighbourhood. The nearest supermarket is just two minutes from the front door and there are many shops (e.g. a bicycle repair shop around the corner) and restaurants all around. The English Garden is also very easy to reach within 5 minutes by bike or a few bus stops.
Hey, ich bin David, 23 Jahre alt und mache nach meinem Jura-Studium zur Zeit mein Rechtsreferendariat. Mindestens genauso viel mache ich aber Musik: spiele Geige in Orchestern und Quartett, singe im Chor, komponiere...
Zusammen mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Viviana, 22, Jurastudentin, suchen wir nach einem jungen Paar als Ergänzung unserer freundlichen, offenen WG in der wir mehr sein wollen, als eine Zweck-WG. Keine Sorge wir zwingen niemanden täglich an den Küchentisch, aber ab und zu zB gemeinsam zu Abend zu essen oder so um sich so über den Alltag auszutauschen wäre sehr schön! :)
Weil sich der Auszug unserer bisherigen Mitbewohner:innen unerwartet beschleunigt, suchen wir sonst auch (befristet) eine Einzelperson, die sich das große Zimmer alleine leisten kann.
P.S.: Lasst euch nicht von Jura abschrecken, ich werde selten auf Anhieb als Jurist erkannt. Bin sowieso mehr Musiker ^^

Hey, I'm David, 23 years old and I'm currently doing my legal clerkship after studying law. But I'm at least as much into music: I play the violin in orchestras and quartets, sing in a choir, compose...
Together with my flatmate Viviana, 22, a law student, we are looking for a young couple to complement our friendly, open flat share, where we want to be more than just a functional flat share. Don't worry, we don't force anyone to sit at the kitchen table every day, but it would be nice to have dinner together from time to time or to chat about everyday life! :)
Because our previous flatmates are moving out unexpectedly fast, we are also looking for a single person (for a limited period) who can afford the large room on their own.
P.S.: Don't be put off by us studying law, I'm rarely recognised as a lawyer straight away. I'm more of a musician anyway ^^
