Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einem WC, einem Bad mit Duschbadewanne und einer Küche, die ausgestattet ist mit einer Spülmaschine, einer Waschmaschine inklusive Trockner, einem Backofen und Mikrowelle.
Da die Wände sehr dick sind, hört man nichts von der darüber gelegenen Wohnung oder aus den Nebenzimmern. Zudem ist das Zimmer zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, sodass man von der Straße auch nichts hört, auch bei geöffnetem Fenster.
Es gibt außerdem eine Terrasse, die direkt durch das Zimmer betreten werden kann sowie einen kleinen Garten direkt an die Terrasse angrenzend.
# The apartment consists of two rooms, a toilet, a bathroom with a shower bathtub and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine including dryer, an oven and a microwave.
Since the walls are very thick, you can't hear anything from the apartment above or from the adjacent rooms. The room also faces the inner courtyard, so you don't hear anything from the street, even with the window open.
There is also a terrace that can be accessed directly through the room and a small garden directly adjacent to the terrace.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hohenzollernplatz und somit sehr zentral. Die Geschäfte des alltäglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
Luitpoldpark, Olympiapark und Englischer Garten sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die LMU und TU sind mit dem Fahrrad in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
Zudem gibt es direkt vor der Haustür die U-Bahn- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle Hohenzollernplatz (U2).

Living in a shared apartment is based on the principle that everything can be done and nothing has to be done.
Im März wird die komplette Wohnung renoviert, voraussichtlich für 4-6 Wochen. Deshalb ist der Mietvertrag auf 2 Monate befristet. Danach besteht die Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung.
Bitte beachte, dass in dem Zimmer das Bett sowie Vorhänge bleiben werden, der Rest ist ab Einzugsdatum nicht mehr in dem Zimmer. Falls du nicht selber Möbel hast wie Schrank oder Schreibtisch kann dies natürlich organisiert werden.
