The room is 20 m2 and fully furnished (incl. double bed and couch).
Price is €900 all included. Cannot accept job center.
The room has a big sliding window leading to the balcony, which makes it very bright.
The apartment has one shared kitchen with all appliances and storage space.
There is a storage room, one bathroom and one toilet separately.
There is indoor cellar space for bikes. The washing machine is also in the cellar (common to the building).
We have WIFI.
Bus 53 and 59 as well as tram 12 are at 5 minutes on foot. Metro is 15 minutes away on foot.
Olympia park is very close.
Many restaurants and supermarkets and bakeries nearby. Also pharmacy and any other useful shop.
The other 4 flatmates speak German and English and are social and respectful.
They are a mix of German and international young workers and students.
Some like to hang out more, other are more reserved. We usually meet in the kitchen for a chat and occasionally eat together.
Temporary rental as well as unlimited rental possible. Earlier move in possible.
The person must pay from 1st February. Rent is €900 all included.
Online applications are also accepted in both English and German.
I will select the candidate mostly based on the speed with which they can sign the contract and then pay deposit and rent.
