The room is oriented to the west, has an L-shaped layout, and features a small French balcony. It is available furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, and chair. The apartment has undergone complete renovation and was occupied in last April. It includes a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and a big bathroom. Washing machines and dryers are located in the basement, where there is also space for a bicycle. An elevator is also available.

Das Zimmer ist nach Westen ausgerichtet, in L-Form geschnitten und hat einen kleinen französischen Balkon. Es steht möbliert zur Verfügung mit Bett, Matratze, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Die Wohnung wurde komplett renoviert und in letztes April bezogen. Sie verfügt über eine moderne Küche mit Spülmaschine und ein großes Bad. Waschmaschinen als auch Trockner befinden sich im Keller. Dort ist auch Platz für ein Fahrrad. Ein Aufzug ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building near Münchner Freiheit. You can reach the U3, U6, tram, and bus stops in 4-5 minutes.
Within a few minutes' walk, you will find Feilitzschstraße, which offers, several bars, cafes, and pubs.

Garching Forschungszentrum: 20 minutes by U6

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock eines Wohnhauses gegenüber der Münchner Freiheit. In 4-5 Minuten erreichst du die U3, U6, sowie die Tram- und Bushaltestelle.
In wenigen Gehminuten befindet sich die Feilitzschstraße mit etlichen Bars, Cafes und Kneipen.

We have a lively atmosphere. If you are interested in having a dinner night, chilling in Englisch Garten with roomies etc., then you are the one! In addition, we also have weekly cleaning schedules, so you would be in a tidy and neat environment.
Your future roommates would be Zelieus, Isabell, Shao and Lukas. Shao is an exchange student from Spain and currently studies in TUM Garching, while the other three are either doing internship or working. The life here is not complicated in this appartment. Following the motto of "Everything is possible, nothing is mandatory," you are welcome to participate in communal activities, but you also have sufficient peace and privacy in the apartment.

Wir haben eine lebhafte Atmosphäre. Wenn du Interesse hast, gemeinsame Abendessen zu veranstalten oder mit den Mitbewohnern im Englischen Garten abzuhängen, dann bist du hier genau richtig! Außerdem haben wir auch wöchentliche Putzpläne, sodass du in einer sauberen und ordentlichen Umgebung wohnen würdest.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner heißen Zelieus, Isabell, Shao und Lukas. Shao ist ein Austauschstudent aus Spanien und studiert derzeit in der TUM Garching, während die anderen drei entweder ein Praktikum absolvieren oder arbeiten. Das Leben hier in der Wohnung ist unkompliziert. Gemäß dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss" bist du herzlich eingeladen, an gemeinschaftlichen Aktivitäten teilzunehmen, hast aber auch ausreichend Ruhe und Privatsphäre in der Wohnung.
