The room:
Approx. 16-18 m2, furnished and ready for you. You get a cozy bed, a sofa to chill, a desk for productivity, two comrades for all your stuff and even a small designer shelf – so you can feel even if you only drink water.
Highlight: The private balcony with bank – ideal for coffee, sun and philosophical conversations about life (or just for people's cooking).

All-careless WG:
In the kitchen you really find everything you need – cutlery, plates, glasses, pans, pots, even the holy coffee filter is at the start. Wi-Fi is of course included, as well as electricity, water and everything else the WG heart makes to work. Furnishings of the room are also complete – a small monthly usage fee applies, which makes the additional costs look a little higher. But you really don't have to bring anything else except yourself and good mood.

Location:
Kurfürstenplatz – in the middle of the event. Just 2 minutes to the tram, 10 minutes to the metro Münchner Freedom (U3/U6 – TUM-Studis, you know!). The tram will take you directly to the Pinakothek – TUM Downtown Campus.
You have cafés, restaurants and the Elisabethmarkt right around the corner. The Mensa in Giselastraße is a 15-minute walk away.

To the WG:
You're moving to Tom – 23, Master student Aerospace Technology at TUM, more sporty than a triathlon calender, but totally relaxed. Racing bike, jogging, gym, swimming, football – when it comes to sweat, it is there.
Nonetheless, no WG dictator: We relax together or cook in parallel, at least one common coffee a day is mandatory (all other is optional 😉). Tom is pleasant, funny and respects your rest if you need it.

You:
Most preferably open, neat (at least occasionally) and with pleasure for a friendly coexistence. Whether you're athletic or you're acting more like a sofa-ollympia is second-ranking – the main thing is human.

Easy to use:
Whether you want to move to 1.8., 15.8. or to 1.9. – all easy! I'm flexible and we're sure to find an appointment that suits both of us.

Das Zimmer:
Ca. 16–18 m², möbliert und bereit für dich. Du bekommst ein gemütliches Bett, ein Sofa zum Chillen, einen Schreibtisch für die Produktivität, zwei Kommoden für dein ganzes Zeug und sogar ein kleines Designer-Regal – damit du Eindruck machen kannst, selbst wenn du nur Wasser trinkst.
Highlight: Der eigene Balkon mit Bank – ideal für Kaffee, Sonne und philosophische Gespräche über das Leben (oder einfach zum Leute-Gucken).

Rundum-sorglos-WG:
In der Küche findest du wirklich alles, was du brauchst – Besteck, Teller, Gläser, Pfannen, Töpfe, sogar der heilige Kaffeefilter ist am Start. WLAN ist natürlich inklusive, ebenso Strom, Wasser und alles, was das WG-Herz sonst so zum Funktionieren bringt. Auch die Möblierung des Zimmers ist komplett – dafür fällt eine kleine monatliche Nutzungsgebühr an, was die Nebenkosten etwas höher aussehen lässt. Dafür musst du aber wirklich nichts mehr mitbringen außer dich selbst und gute Laune.

Die Lage:
Kurfürstenplatz – also mitten im Geschehen. Nur 2 Minuten zur Tram, 10 Minuten zur U-Bahn Münchner Freiheit (U3/U6 – TUM-Studis, ihr wisst Bescheid!). Die Tram bringt dich direkt zur Pinakothek – also TUM Innenstadt-Campus.
Du hast Cafés, Restaurants und den Elisabethmarkt direkt ums Eck. Die Mensa in der Giselastraße erreichst du in 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Zur WG:
Du ziehst bei Tom ein – 23, Masterstudent Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik an der TUM, sportlicher als ein Triathlon-Kalender, aber total entspannt. Rennrad, Joggen, Gym, Schwimmen, Fußball – wenn’s Schweiß bringt, ist er dabei.
Trotzdem kein WG-Diktator: Bei uns wird entspannt zusammen oder auch mal parallel gekocht, mindestens ein gemeinsamer Kaffee am Tag ist Pflicht (alles andere ist optional 😉). Tom ist angenehm, witzig und respektiert deine Ruhe, wenn du sie brauchst.

Du:
Am liebsten offen, ordentlich (zumindest ab und zu) und mit Lust auf ein freundliches Miteinander. Ob du sportlich bist oder eher Sofa-Olympia betreibst, ist zweitrangig – Hauptsache menschlich passt’s.

Einzug ganz flexibel:
Ob du zum 1.8., 15.8. oder lieber zum 1.9. einziehen willst – alles easy! Ich bin da flexibel und wir finden sicher einen Termin, der für uns beide passt.
