Do you want to live in the middle of Schwabing in a large and stylish apartment with two friendly flatmates? From 1 July onwards we are renting out a furnished room with a floor space of 22m².
The apartment (215m²) is located just above the underground station Hohenzollernplatz (U2). It is on the second floor (American third floor) of an art nouveau house built in 1909. It has been completely renovated 10 years ago. All rooms have wooden floors. Common areas include the kitchen (20m²), living room (33m²), 2 bathrooms, and a balcony. It is fully equipped, including washing machine and dish washer.
The rent is EUR 850 a month, including everything: gas, electricity, Internet, cleaner for common areas. This is a good opportunity for someone seeking a nice room in a big, somewhat luxurious apartment in a great location.
The flatmates: currently we are a local guy from Munich, a girl from Taiwan, and a guy from the US, who is leaving us, so we are looking for a replacemant. We are aged 30 to 48, fairly easy-going, social and have a history in flat-sharing. Every once in a while we like to throw a party here—the location is ideal for that because the neighbors don‘t complain.
We like a little bit of an international community in the apartment, so we are looking for another foreign flatmate, between 27 and 45 years old. Sorry Germans or half-Germans!
