Unsere bisherige Mitbewohnerin hat sich in unserer WG äußerst wohl gefühlt, zieht aber nun mit ihrem Freund zusammen. Nun suchen wir dich - eine sympathische, ordentliche und humorvolle Nachfolgerin!
Dein neues Zimmer hat 9 qm, zudem ist im Mietpreis eine 2,5qm große Abstellfläche enthalten. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Die Möbel müssten jedoch von der Vormieterin übernommen werden. Auf den Bildern zu sehen ist ein normales 90cm Bett. Du hast aber die Möglichkeit ein neues, schickes Hochbett der Mitbewohnerin zu übernehmen.
Deine neue Wohnung hat insgesamt 86qm, worin eine große Wohn-Küche sowie Bad und separates Klo enthalten sind.

Our current flatmate loved to live in our shared apartment. Unfortunately, she moves together with her boyfriend. Thus, we are looking for you – a friendly, ordinary and funny roomie!
Your new room has 9qm, plus an extra 2,5qm store room, and is already fully furnished. As you can see on the pictures, the room currently has a 90cm bed. You can, however, also take the new, stylish bunk bed from our former flat mate.
The whole aparment has 86qm, including a living kitchen, a big bathroom and a seperate toilet.
Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Schwabing, nahe des Bonner Platzes (U3) und nur unweit vom lebhaften Kurfürstenplatz. Luitpoldpark und Olympiapark sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und der Marienplatz ist 8 Minuten mit der U-Bahn erreichbar. Zudem fahren die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel direkt an den Campus der LMU (U3) und der TU München (Tram 12 und 28). Auch die Anbindung zum Forschungszentrum in Garching ist gut: Über die U3 und U6 ist man in 25 Minuten im Münchner Outback.
Schwabing bietet eine große Auswahl an Bars, Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten sowie beste Verkehrsanbindungen. Kurzum: Hier zu leben macht richtig Spaß!
The apartment is located in Schwabing, one of Munich’s most popular living areas. Bonner Platz (Subway U3) and the lively Kurfürstenplatz are just around the corner – as well as Luitpoldpark and Olympiapark, whicha are great areas to relax and do sports.
Marienplatz is reachable with the subway in 8 mins and both universities are in close distance.
Schwabing offers a great selection of bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities. In a nutshell: It is great living here!
Freu dich auf zwei lustige und zuvorkommende Mitbewohner: Jasmin (27) und Chris (29). Beide mittlerweile berufstätig, wollen wir aber weiterhin das WG-Leben nicht missen. Lockherheit, Sauberkeit und gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind uns daher noch immer sehr wichtig: Kochen, Party und Sport daher genauso.
You can look forward to live with two sympathic flatmates: Jasmin (27) and Chris (29). Even though we are now in our job, we are still looking for a nice and harmonic flat life with some activities such as sports, partying and outdoor on the weekends
