Das Zimmer ist wunderschön hell mit Parkettboden und schöner Aussicht.
Möbeliert mit einem Schiebetürschrank, neuwertiges Boxspringbett, 2 Kommoden, kleiner Tisch mit Sruhl.
Zentraler geht es kaum. Verschiedene Busanbindungen entweder vom Hohenzollerplatz aus oder von der Görresstraße aus. U2 am Josephplatz innerhalb von ca. 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Alles vorhanden: Netto, Rewe, Karstadt, Metzger, Bäcker, Ärzte.
Ob Restaurants, Bars oder Parks alles in Kürze erreichbar.
Ich suche ein Mitbewohnerin, mit der ich mich gut verstehe und ein Zusammenwohnen eine Bereicherung ist. Privatsphäre und Sauberheit sind mir sehr wichtig.
Die Reinigung der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume wird im Wechsel gemacht.
Waschmaschine/Trockner vorhanden und kann auch genutzt werden.
