Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 m2 mit großem Balkon, Ost gerichtet und mit einer wunderschönen Morgensonne.
Es ist voll möbliert: Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, kleiner Schrank, Guitarre, und etc! (Siehe Bilder, diese sind jedoch noch von 2019 daher gibt es ein paar kleine änderungen!)
Die Wohnung ist Ostgerichtet, mit Großen Fenstern, im 2. OG und im Rückgebäude, daher sehr hell, ruhig und gemütlich.
In den zwei unteren Geschossen befindet sich eine Schreinerei, daher ist das Haus tagsüber lebendig, und Abends wirklich ruhig, da es keine Nachbarn gibt die feiern oder sich beschweren können ;). keine Haustiere und ich bin nicht Raucher (aber auf dem Balkon kannst Du rauchen, falls Du rauchst:) Der Mitbewohner raucht, daher habe ich bisher den Balkon immer mit ihm geteilt und die Idee ist dass das so weiter hin bleibt)

The room is about 25sqm with a large balcony, facing east and with a beautiful morning sun.
It is fully furnished: bed, desk, sofa, closet, guitar, and etc! (See pictures, these are still from 2019 so there are a few small changes!)
The apartment is east facing, with big windows, on the 2nd floor and in the back building, therefore very bright, quiet and cosy.
On the two lower floors there is a carpentry, so the house is lively during the day, and really quiet in the evening. We have no pets and I am not a smoker (but my flatmate does, so I have always shared the balcony with him and the idea is to keep it that way)

Die Küche ist Kunterbunt und völlig ausgestattet, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, und auf dem Balkon ist ein Grill, Sitzbänke und ein kleiner Tisch. Die Sonne scheint da bis ca 14Uhr und da die Nachbarn alle entspannt sind kann mann gemütlich grillen, Freunde zu besuch auf ein Gläschen Wein haben oder einfach nur entspannen.
Mein Mitbewohner der im zweiten Zimmer wohnt ist ein super netter, humorvoller Italiener (34) der gerne und gut kocht, gut um die Welt gekommen ist, sehr gutes spanisch und englisch spricht und immer für ein Gläschen wein, eine runde joggen oder entspannte lustige Abende zu haben ist :)

The kitchen is colorful and fully equipped, bathroom with bathtub and washing machine, and on the balcony is a barbecue, benches and a small table. The sun shines until about 2 pm and since the neighbors are all relaxed you can have a barbecue, visit friends for a glass of wine or just relax.
My roommate who lives in the second room is a super nice, humorous Italian (34) who loves to cook, has travelled around the world, speaks very good Spanish and English and is always available for a glass of wine, a fun chat or a relaxed evening :)

Kurz zu mir: Ich bin Architektin, 28, habe bisher in dieser Wohnung gewohnt und bin aufgrund der Arbeit auf einem Projekt in Berlin.
Der Zeitraum ist evtl Flexibel, und evtl auch für einige Monate verlängerbar.
