I will be travelling in Colombia for a month for my vacation so I hope someone can enjoy my room while I am away. The rent is exactly the rent I pay and all bills are included for 530 euros for 1 month.
It comes with the following furniture:
- Double Bed (or if you prefer I can swap it for a single bed)
- Sofa (or if you prefer to have more space, I can easily remove it)
- Mirror
- Desk
- Desk chair
For clothes:
- Chest of draws
- 2 clothes rails + clothes hangers
- Coat hooks on the wall
- Large shelf (I use it for shoes but you can use it for whatever you want)
- Washing basket
- Storage inside the bed
Additional information:
- There is also lots of sunlight, a large window and a garden
- The room in general is very warm and well insulated
- Wifi is included and is relatively fast
- There is a bathroom with sink, toilet, bath and shower opposite from the room which is shared with the female housemate
- Large kitchen, all utilities are available for use
- Large fridge and freezer
3 minutes away from the Alte Heide U6 station which has very easy transport many places such as
South direction: Odeonplatz, Marienplatz, Universitat and Senglinger Tor
North direction : Studentstadt, Fotmaning and Garching
3 mins away from Aldi and Edeka just on the corner as well as a pharmacy. This is next to the U6 station.
Also there are several restaurants / fast food places nearby too.
3 minutes away from the English Gardens (great for running or chilling out...and beer gardens)
2-5 minutes away from many offices such as Microsoft, Man, Amazon Deutschland.
I live with one German girl who is currently studying medicine, she is chilled out, friendly and very interesting. She mostly enjoys cooking, learning languages (she is fluent in German, English, French and Chinese), travelling and doing lots of sports such as climbing, swimming, cycling and running.

Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all. The date is slightly flexible. If you would prefer to stay for less days for less money for instance, that is a possibility.
Just to be clear, this means for instance from the 1st of May to the 1st of June the total rent is 530 euros. If you would like to stay additional days from the 27th of April or up to the 3rd of June then the daily rate will be added for each extra day that you occupy the apartment.
The deposit is then 1.5 times the rent. 530 x 1.5 = 795 euros.
