Hallo München! Ich ziehe mal wieder für ein paar Wochen aus (bis Mitte August) und suche jemanden, der meine Pflanzen gießt, auf meine wunderbaren Broomies aufpasst und Leerstand in dieser engen Stadt verhindert. Im Prinzip ab sofort.
Ungefähr 18 m2, 545 € warm im Monat (können wir ja dann irgendwie anteilig verrechnen), U2 Hohenzollernplatz. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster zur Straße, ist aber nicht laut. Es gibt viel Platz und drei Nähmaschinen.
Die Küche ist winzig und das Bad hat einen bestechenden 70er-Jahre Charme. Dafür gibt es zwei spannende und engagierte Mitbewohner und ein paar Pflänzchen zu pflegen. Waschmaschine vorhanden, Ökostrom und Internet sind inklusive.
Sympathische und unkomplizierte Persönlichkeit sind von Vorteil, sozial-ökologische Gesinnung ebenso, Geschlecht egal, Hautfarbe egal, Kleidungsstil egal, Haarfarbe egal, Alter ungefähr 25 - 35.
