The room is 21 square meters big and very bright (south facing). It is furnitured with:
- 200cm by 180cm with a soft quality mattress (Could be of course replaced).
- Big closet (3 compartemts)
- Mirror
- TV
The street the windows face is very quite. On the other side of the street there is a sports ground of a high school and a lot of trees, so no other buildings facing your window.
In general the flat is very luxurious and fully equipped (very nice Bang & Olufson stereo system, huge TV, fully equipped luxury kitchen, washing machine, dish washer, iron, ironing board, fridge making ice cubes etc..). Also we have a nice grill which you can use in the nice garden that you share with other neighbours. The bathroom is rather small and not as new as the rest of the flat but perfectly fine and clean (The wall has to be painted which I will do very soon). The bathroom is a bit older than the rest of the flat but perfectly fine.
There's also the option of renting a big and good accessible garage spot (I think for 100 EUR). But in general the parking situation is very good despite being so close to Leopoldstrasse.
The location is ideal. Its a 3 minute walk to Muenchner Freiheit where you can take Metro (U3, U6), Tram and Bus (Also the night liners stop there). E.g. from the flat to Marienplatz and the main train station its 15 mins.
There is plenty of shops nearby:
- Grocery stores (Edeka, Rewe, Kaefer, Alnatura) ca 5. mins walk
- Small portuguese super market (1 min walk)
- Basic (A bio super market, 2 mins walk)
- Karstadt (Big departement store where you can get everything, 5 mins)
In 7 mins you're at Englischer Garten to go running or have walk :D. Basically there is everything you need very close, also bars, plenty of restaurants, a few clubs, an Irish Pub with Karaoke and so on...
To the next Autobahn north of Munich (A9 / A99) its a 10 mins drive.
I'm Guillermo (32), half german half spanish. I'm software engineer (But not a too nerdy one :D). Unfortunately my roomate is moving out because she found the love of her life :D
I'm looking for someone that is somehow relaxed and uncomplicated. Also it would be very nice to have a beer or whine (spanish one of course....) together, cook together or play some high level tennis table matches at Muenchner Freiheit. I'm also looking forward to interesting or also useless talks. This is no so hard as the open spaced living room / kitchen invites to spend a bit of time together after work or studying (or partying..). For me personally that's mostly on weekends because I use to work a lot :). But of course you also can have your private space whenever you want.
As the furniture is quite luxurious and expensive the caution is quite high (5000 EUR) but you can also get an insurance which cost ca 22 EUR per month (That's what I did) if you also want to do that. The relationship with the owner of the flat is very good as its a private person working in Munich always willing to help and keep the flat in shape.
