Wir sind aktuell auf der Suche nach einen neuen Mitbewohner, da ich (Lukas) einen neuen Lebensabschnitt beginne und meine eigene Wohnung beziehen werde.
Zum Zimmer:
Dich erwartet ein super cooles 13,5 m2 helles Zimmer in einer vor ca 1 Jahr renovierten Wohnung, mit neuer Küche und eigener Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.
Meeega Verkehrsanbindung!! 2-3 Minuten zum Hohenzollernplatz, 1 minute zum Nordbad, Lidl, REWE, Apotheken, Friseure, Restaurants und alles was das Herz begehrt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eigentlich Lagetechnisch schwierig zu überbieten! Unis sind zu Fuß mit dem Fahrrad oder öffentlich sehr schnell zu erreichen also optimal!
Lars (23) und Elli (26) sind super nette Mitbewohner die durchaus entspannt sind und auch ab und zu für ein Bierchen zu haben sind. Ansonsten sind normale Putzpläne einzuhalten und übertriebene Partys sind eher woanders zu feiern :P
