Ich suche eine nette Zwischenmieterin während meiner Abwesenheit (6 Monate) ab dem 15.01.2021 und dem 31.07.2020! (kürzer ist auch möglich)
Mein Zimmer (15m²) ist eines von dreien in einer 90m² großen Wohnung. Dort gibt es zwei Bäder mit zwei Toiletten (aber wir benutzen das eine als Waschküche), ein Esszimmer/Küche und einen kleinen Balkon. Die Küche ist mit Elektroherd, Backofen, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank, usw. Meine Mitbewohner sind wirklich sauber und wir haben jede Woche eine Putzfrau, die kommt.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Doppelbett (140×200), großem Schreibtisch, und Kleiderständer (es gibt schränke die schon besetzt sind, muss nachgucken wo es noch Platz gibt). Es zeigt nach Osten mit einem großen Fenster. Du hast tagsüber viel Licht und Ruhe.

My room is a 15m² room in a 90m² apartment with one bathroom and one toilet and thus, a dining room plus kitchen, and a small balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, water boiler and such. My roommates are really clean and we have a cleaning lady coming every week.
My room has a double bed (140×200), a large desk and a clothes hanging rail that you could use while I’m gone. I also have full shelves in the room but we’ll have to arrange something if you need extra space. The room has a large window facing north. There’s plenty of sunlight during the day and is not too loud.

In Münchner Freiheit sind viele Supermärkte (DM, Penny, Rewe, Edeka etc.), Döner Läden, Sparkasse Postbank Commerzbank etc., viele gute Cafes/Restaurants/Bars! (ich kann dir gerne auch welche empfehlen)

In Münchner Freiheit there are many supermarkets (DM, Penny, Netto, Rewe, Edeka), banks/ATMs, döner places, and many good cafes/restaurants/bars!!! (I can offer many recommendations if you’d like, just ask!)
Das WG-Leben ist unkompliziert. Die Mitbewohnerinnen sind eine Britin und eine Deutsche. Die beide arbeiten, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir quatschen natürlich häufig untereinander, ist aber kein Muss - jeder macht auch sein eigenes Ding und es gibt keinen Zwang :)
Ich suche eine nette, aufgeschlossene, unkomplizierte Nichtraucherin (wichtig!!!) für unsere Dreier-WG. Findest du dich darin wieder? Dann melde dich, wir freuen uns dich kennenzulernen.

The apartment-sharing life is uncomplicated. My roommates are British and German. They are both really nice and friendly. We talk in the kitchen sometimes but it’s never a must. Don’t feel pressured to start small talks if you don’t feel like socializing much, but they are truly caring. It’s a given that everyone does their own thing and we are all working so we are looking for quiet and relaxing evenings.
