Size of the room is 26 square meters. It's fully furnished : bed, lamps, wardrobe, desk with chair. The only thing you may need to buy is a pillow and bed sheets.
I am leaving the room on November 1st 2020. Price is 800 euros/months (all inclusive : internet, water, electricity)
The neighbourhood is really calm, and the roommates too. There is a bus station 2 minutes away, the U-bahn is 13 minutes away on foot. There are 1 Edeka, 1 Rewe, and 1 Rossmann all of them 2 minutes away from the flat. If you have a bicycle you can store it downstairs in the basement.
Currently 3 people are living in the flat : a girl from Estonia, a girl from Bulgaria, and a man from Malaysia. We have a cleaning schedule that we try to follow as much as possible to keep the shared rooms clean (1 bathroom, 2 toilets, kitchen, and the hall).
