Nice room, fully furnished, in the middle of Schwabing on Kurfürstenplatz. Bright and friendly.
I haven't made up my mind yet on which room I'll take, so I post the photos of the two of them;)
Both rooms have an ample balcony. You can have either a bed or a sofa in your room.
Heat radiators are super warm.
The location is great. It should suit you whether you're studying at TUM or LMU or working in vicinity.
Giselastrasse U-Bahn is 500m away, a bit further there's Munchner Freiheit. You don't really have to cook in this location either - there's plenty of tiny restaurants downstairs.

I'm a software engineer working in a company nearby.
I'm super busy so I'll mostly be in my room. I'm looking for a calm flatmate, especially now, when work from home is a thing;)
There is only two rooms in the room, they're on two separate ends of the flat, so you probably won't see me much.
There is elevator available in the building. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. The furniture depends on the room, but generally, you shouldn't need to bring your own. The flat is on the second floor and has southern exposition to sunlight. Parking on the street is hardly available, but I think I can negotiate additional rental of parking space in the underground garage should you need it.
