Suche Nachmieter/-in für mein schönes WG-Zimmer!
Das 16m2 große Zimmer ist Teil einer 3er WG und verfügt über eine komplette Ausstattung: Bett, großer Schwebetürkleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Couch (auch als Schlafcouch nutzbar) und Regale.
Durch zwei Fenster ist das Zimmer nicht nur sehr hell, sondern auch durch Blick in den Innenhof äußerst ruhig.
Zusätzlich zum Zimmer ist auch die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man brauch: zwei Kühlschranke,
Mikrowelle, Backofen sowie Geschirr und Besteck. Ein Esstisch im Flur lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen und Beisammensein ein. Du brauchst also eigentlich nur deinen Koffer mitnehmen und kannst dich direkt wohlfühlen :)
Generell ist die Wohnung sehr schön und ruhig. Wir sind alle sehr ordentlich und reinigen die Wohnung regelmäßig. Gelegentlich haben wir auch mal einen netten WG talk, sind aber auch viel mit der Arbeit und dem Studium beschäftigt. Daher wäre es am besten, wenn du auch arbeitest oder studierst. In der WG sind alle sehr offen und herzlich und hilfsbereit, wenn du Hilfe brauchst.
Die Vermieterin sucht nach einer Person, die auch längerfristig in dem Zimmer bleiben wird, also länger als ein paar Monate. Auch Internationale sind herzlich willkommen!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und in nur 7 Minuten bist du am HBF, zur TU und Uni sind es nicht mehr als 10 Minuten.
Eine Wohnungsbesichtigung wäre am Sonntagabend möglich, online oder auch vor Ort.

I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful shared room! The 16m2 room is part of a 3-person flat share and is fully equipped: bed, large sliding door wardrobe, desk, couch (can also be used as a sofa bed) and shelves. With two windows, the room is not only very bright, but also extremely quiet thanks to the view of the inner courtyard. In addition to the room, the kitchen is also equipped with everything you need: two refrigerators, Microwave, oven, crockery and cutlery. A dining table in the hallway invites you to eat and socialize together. So all you really need to do is take your suitcase with you and you can feel right at home :)
In general, the apartment is very nice and quiet. We are all very tidy and clean the apartment regularly. Occasionally we also have a nice talk all together, but we are also very busy with work and studies. Therefore, it would be best if you also work or study. My other room mates are all very open, welcoming and and supportive in case you need help.
The landlady is looking for a person who will stay in the room for a longer period of time, i.e. longer than a few months. Internationals are also very welcome!
The apartment is very central and in just 7 minutes you are at the main station, the TU and university are no more than 10 minutes.
A viewing of the apartment would be possible on Sunday evening, online or on site.
