Die Zimmer sind alle hell haben hohe Decken. Es gibt einen langen Flur, in dem auch unser Essenstisch Platz hatte, was für gemütliche Abende perfekt war. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind getrennt, was besonders praktisch für eine WG ist.
Das Zimmer ist 21 Quadratmeter groß.
Alles weitere müsste man mit dem Vermieter besprechen!
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Elisabethplatz, also eine halbe Minute Fußweg zur Tram 28, 7 Minuten zur Giselastraße (U3, U6) und 7 Minuten zum Hohenzollernplatz (U2). Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe unzählige Restaurants, Cafés, Läden, Supermärkte, etc.
Zur Uni ist es auch nicht weit: 15 Minuten Fußweg zum LMU Hauptgebäude, ungefähr genau so lang zur TUM.
Sonstiges
Wir haben viele schöne Möbel und eine super ausgestattete Küche abzugeben, mit nagelneuem Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Herd. (gegen 200 EU pro Mitbewohner).
