für ein schönes nach Westen ausgerichtete Zimmer suche ich eine Mitbewohnerin. Brauchst Du vorübergehend ein Zimmer? Brauchst Du das Zimmer für regelmäßige Zeitfenster in München?!
Dann ist das folgende Angebot evtl. relevant für Dich:

Das Zimmer ist ein mit Schlafcoach, Tisch, Schrank, Regal und etwas Kleinzeug ausgestatteter Raum. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Wohnküche und ein vom Bad getrenntes WC.

Durch das Bad muss ich allerdings durchgehen, um in mein hinter dem Bad liegendes Zimmer zu gelangen. Daher wäre es günstig, wenn Du in der Regel nicht im Morgengrauen ins Bad müsstest und die Nacht nicht zum Tag machen wollen würdest.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Nordbad und hat Bus, Tram und U-Bahn Anschluss.

Alles Weitere können wir bei Interesse gerne am Telefon besprechen. Ich habe auch ein Filmchen, dass einen noch besseren Eindruck von der Wohnung gibt. Ich freue mich auf Anfragen.

Die Höhe der Miete hängt von der Nutzung des Raums ab, höchstens 750€ alles inklusive.

for a nice room I seek a room mate. Do you need a room for short term or parts of the week on a regular basis?
Maybe my room fits for you:

The room is furnished with a studio couch, a table, a shelve, a wardrobe and small things. The flat has a beautiful eat-in-kitchen and a toilet separat to the bath room.

Through the bath room, I have to go to reach my room. Therefore, it#s better to arrange with somebody, who does not need tthe bath very early or very late on a regular basis.

The flat is near Nordbad and has bus, tram and underground nearby.

If intersted, I'd be happy to talk to you on the phone. The rent depends on the days needed. It's up to 740€ maximum.
