Die perfekte Infrastruktur bietet alles von Ärzten, Supermärkten & Einkaufszentren über das Olympiastadion, die BMW-Welt, zwei wundervolle Parkanlagen (Olympia- und Luitpoldpark) und vielem mehr. Alles ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Altstadt (Marienplatz) erreicht man mit der U-Bahn in bereits rund 10 Minuten oder den Flughafen in knapp 30 Minuten mit dem Auto dank der verkehrsgünstigen Lage zur Autobahn A9 (ca. 2km).
Die 27er Straßenbahn Richtung Sendlinger Tor ist in 1 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Zurzeit wohnen Ken-ju und Fernando in der Wohnung. Ken-ju kommt aus Taiwan und arbeitet als Softwareentwickler, Fernando kommt aus Brasilien und macht gerade ein Praktikum bei BMW. Die zwei sind sehr nett und freuen sich über eine/n kontaktfreudige/n Mitbewohner*in.
