Ich biete hier ein möbliertes, helles WG-Zimmer mit Bett (160x200), Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Kleiderschrank in bester Lage für 3-6 Monate an.
Das Zimmer ist von November bis Ende Januar oder auch für einzelne Monate verfügbar, kann nach Absprache auch verlängert werden und kostet 800 € warm pro Monat.
Internet, Strom und Heizung sind inklusive. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind im Keller vorhanden. Das Bad mit Dusche/Badewanne und die voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine teilen wir uns…

Die WG liegt super zentral gelegen an der Grenze Schwabing-West zu Maxvorstadt, am Elisabethplatz (Tram 27,28) zwischen U-Bahn Giselastrasse (u3/u6) und Josephsplatz (u2), sehr nah zum englischen Garten und Leopoldstrasse, Universität und Stadtmitte.
In der WG lebt neben mir noch ein kleiner, sauberer und ganz lieber Hund.
