Die Wohnung hat ca. 90 Quadratmeter und verfügt über eine Küche (mit Sitzmöglichkeit), ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon mit unglaublicher Aussicht über München, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder.
Dein Zimmer ist bereits möbliert und hat ein Bett (140x200 m), eine Kommode, Kleiderstange & Schreibtisch. TV, W-Lan & Waschmaschine etc. ist ebenfalls alles vorhanden.
Die Lage ist TOP: sehr zentral, Tram direkt vor der Haustür, S-Bahn Haltestelle Hackerbrücke ist 5 Minuten entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man innerhalb von 5-10 Gehminuten (Forum), ebenso bietet das Westend-Viertel unzählige Möglichkeiten für Restaurants, Kaffees, und Lokale.
Ich bleibe in der Wohnung und vermiete ein Zimmer für November unter (ggfls. Verlängerung möglich). Da ich selber viel von Zuhause arbeite wäre es Top wenn du auch ab und an im Office arbeiten kannst. Dafür reise ich beruflich sehr viel und du hast die Wohnung die Hälfte der Zeit für dich alleine! :-)
Suche nur Frauen!! Leider sind auch keine Haustiere erlaubt und gerne auch ein Putzfreak wie ich :-)
