Temporary rental of 1-bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment. I will be traveling abroad. You will have your own room with apartment and room keys. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with my roommate, a 27 year old male. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a bathtub, quick wifi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and self-set heating. Deposit and a form of official ID are both required upon agreement to rent. Note this apartment is on the 4th floor, with no elevator.
4min walk to tram 18, 19, 29 stop Barthstr.
8min walk to U5 station Himeranplatz.
10mins walk to S-bahn station Donnersbergerbrucke.
Nearest grocery stores <10min walk include Lidl, HIT, d-m, Rossman, Edeka.
-We have a storage in the basement where you can store your things (up to 5 big boxes) before, during, and after your rental.
-You will participate in doing half of the cleaning for the apartment.
