The WG rooms offer enough space to feel comfortable. In addition, its size makes it the warmest in the WG. It is also always very quiet in this room, as the neighbours and we have taken care of each other. Through the two large windows, a lot of sunlight enters the room and radiates warmth and cosiness.
From the window you can see a lot of green space and trees, which provide a calming atmosphere.

Das WG-Zimmer bieten genügend Platz um sich wohl fühlen zu können. Außerdem ist es durch die Größe das wärmste in der WG. Es ist außerdem immer sehr leise in diesem Zimmer, da die Nachbarn und auch wir Rücksicht aufeinander genommen haben. Durch die zwei großen Fenster kommt sehr viel Sonne in das Zimmer rein und strahlt somit Wärme und Gemütlichkeit aus.
Aus dem Fenster sieht man viel Grünfläche und Bäume, welche eine beruhigende Atmosphäre liefern.
Within shortest time (approx. 3 min) one reaches U-Bahn and bus traffic. From the station Friedenheimer Straße you can reach the main station in 6 minutes. Nearby is the Laimer Platz with many shopping opportunities. A fitness studio is just around the corner.

Otherwise the location is very quiet. Even with an open window you can sleep in peace.
Innerhalb kürzester Zeit (ca. 3 min) erreicht man U-Bahn und Busverkehr. Vom Bahnhof Friedenheimer Straße ist der Hauptbahnhof in 6 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Nähe befindet sich der Laimer Platz mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Fitnessstudio ist direkt um die Ecke.
Ansonsten ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Selbst bei offenem Fenster kann in Ruhe geschlafen werden.
Our roommate will leave Munich after finishing his master thesis and we hope to find someone new for a comfortable and fun cohabitation. Me, Björn (DE) and my roommate Sergio (FR) are looking forward to meeting you.
Sometimes we cook or go partying together and are really ALWAYS open if you want to do something with us. Besides, we always respected privacy and now we hope to find someone who will take care of it.
Every now and then we drink a beer or wine together in the kitchen and have a good laugh. So if you feel addressed and you are not just looking for a WG for purpose, I would be very happy if you could briefly introduce yourself (age, profession, hobby...).
Unser Mitbewohner wird nach beenden seiner Masterarbeit München verlassen und wir hoffen jemanden neues für ein gemütliches und spaßiges WG-Leben zu finden. Ich, Björn (DE) und mein Mitbewohner Celine (FR) freuen uns schon dich kennen zulernen.
Manchmal kochen wir zusammen oder gehen zusammen Feiern und sind wirklich IMMER offen, wenn du etwas mit uns unternehmen möchtest. Außerdem achteten wir immer auf die Privatsphäre und hoffen nun jemanden zu finden, der darauf auch Acht gibt.
Ab und an zusammen in der Küche ein Bier oder Wein trinken und dabei herzlich zu Lachen versüßt das WG-Leben. Falls du dich also angesprochen fühlst und nicht nur eine Zweck-WG suchst, würde ich mich sehr freuen, wenn du dich kurz vorstellen (Alter, Beruf, Hobby...) könntest.
The language in our flat is mainly English, we are also looking for someone who speaks it. International students are preferred. This does not mean that you, as a local, should not feel addressed.
We pay special attention to the cleanliness of the common rooms (kitchen, bathroom and toilet), so it is important that you also bring along a good level of cleanliness as part of your life in a shared flat and that you can comply the cleaning schedule.
