Möbliertes Zimmer von Sep-Feb im Westend | Furnished room from Sep to Feb in Munich's Westend

Die Schwanthalerhöhe / das Westend ist ein hippes, aber meiner Meinung nach dennoch entspanntes Viertel. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants von Sushi bis Pasta-Klassikern, gemütliche Cafés bzw. Bars und die Anzahl an Parks ist auch nicht zu verachten (allen voran der West- und Bavariapark). Wer will findet neben McFit und FitX Tischtennisplatten, Fußballplätze und Basketballkörbe in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Abgesehen davon, brauchen wir zu Fuß nicht mehr als 2 min bis zur U4/U5 Haltestelle Heimeranplatz/Schwanthalerhöhe. Die S-Bahn fährt an ersterem ab, und Busverbindungen gibt es mehr als ich kenne. Ansonsten haben wir es auch nicht weit zu Aldi, Lidl, DM und Edeka. Auf den nächsten Bäcker kannst du vom Fenster aus spucken!

Leo ist 25 Jahre gereift, studiert an der TUM, und sehr entspannt als Mitbewohner. Gleichzeitig aber auch ziemlich aktiv und sportlich. Bezogen auf letzteres läuft er zum Ausgleich, fährt viel und gerne mit dem Rad, spielt Spikeball und schlägt mich zu oft im Tischtennis. Abgesehen davon ist er allgemein gern im Freien, egal ob wandernd oder in der Hängematte liegend. Wir sind absolut keine Zweck-WG und das soll auch so bleiben. Wir kochen wo möglich miteinander und dabei alles von Spanisch bis Thai. Wir gehen auch immer mal wieder zusammen aus oder treffen Freunde. Gleichzeitig wird dir natürlich auch dein Freiraum gelassen. Ist deine Türe zu, hat das einen Grund.

Leo wünscht sich jemand ebenso entspanntes, der/die nicht auf den Kopf gefallen ist und im Leben auch schonmal einen Putzlappen in der Hand hatte. Ansonsten come as you are! Um sicherzugehen, dass du die Anzeige auch anständig gelesen hast, reime doch bitte einen beliebigen Teil deiner Antwort.

Besichtigungen würden wir gerne am 26.08. durchführen, da wir vorher noch im Urlaub sind. Zur Not geht auch digital. :)

Hello everybody!

Since I am moving to Paris for a term, I am looking for a flatmate for my better WG-half Leo.

The room faces the quiet Heimeranstraße and is fully furnished/should offer you pretty much everything you need for living. A 140x200cm bed, a desk (I prefer to read on the windowsill), a second monitor for your studies/series, a large whiteboard, a clothes rail, other storage space, loudspeakers, a mixing desk and an e-piano, which you are welcome to use. Should you still lack anything, let me know and I will make the necessary space! I might take my bike with me and it should be too big for most people anyway.

The Schwanthalerhöhe / Westend is a hip, but in my opinion relaxed quarter. There are many good restaurants from sushi to pasta classics, cozy cafés or bars and the number of parks is not to be sneezed at (especially the West- and Bavariapark). If you like you can find gyms, table tennis tables, football pitches and basketball courts nearby. Apart from that, we don't need more than 2 minutes on foot to the U4/U5 stop Heimeranplatz/Schwanthalerhöhe. The S-Bahn leaves at former, and there are more bus connections than I am aware of. Apart from that we are not far from Aldi, Lidl, DM and Edeka. You can spit on the next baker from the window!

Leo has matured for 25 years, studies at the TUM, and is very relaxed. But at the same time quite active and sporty. In relation to latter he runs, rides his bike a lot, plays spikeball and beats me in table tennis a little too often. Apart from that he generally likes to be outdoors, no matter if hiking or lying in a hammock. Wherever possible we cook together, from Spanish to Thai. We also go out together from time to time or meet friends. At the same time you will of course have your freedom. If your door is closed, there is a reason.

Leo wishes for someone just as relaxed, who's no fool and has had a cleaning rag in their hand at some point in their life. Otherwise come as you are! To make sure you read the ad properly, please rhyme any part of your answer.
