Schönes 17m2 Zimmer zum Innenhof hin möbliert zu vermieten bis ca. Ende 2022. Das Zimmer ist voll teilmöbliert, vorhanden sein wird ein Bockspringbett (nicht das auf dem Bild), Holzschrank, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Kleiderstange. Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, also bekommt man vom Stadtlärm nur wenig mit.
Die gesamte Wohnung (Altbauwohnung = hohe Decken / Fischgrätparkett) wurde vor ca. 1,5 Jahren renoviert und besitzt alles was man braucht. Vollwertige Küche, neues Bad und großer Esstisch um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen.
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Hackerbrücke (S-Bahn Stammstrecke), Tram-Bahnen 18 / 19 (Holzapfelstraße) sind nur eine Minute entfernt, U-Bahnen U4/5 (Theresienwiese) ca. 5 Minuten und der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es im Umkreis von ca. 5 Minuten Gehzeit immer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend, das Schwanthalerforum (Einkaufszentrum mit Lidl, Edeka, DM, Müller, etc.) ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die LMU / TU ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln innerhalb von 20 Minuten erreichbar. Unterschiedliche Gebäude der FH-München sind auch in 20 Minuten alle erreichbar.
Achtung: Die Lage in der Karte auf WG-Gesucht stimmt nicht. Landsberger Str. 14 in Google Maps zeigt die richtige Lage an.
Die Mitbewohner sind ein Bänker und ein Doktorand der Pharmazie an der TUM. Die beiden arbeiten Vollzeit, teilweise im Home-Offce, meistens aber vor Ort. Beide sind sehr gesellig und kochen gerne mit allen. Auch das ein oder andere Bierchen findet seinen Abnehmer in gemeinsamer Runde ;) Die Mitbewohner sind sehr offen und freundlich und immer daran interessiert neue interessante Leute kennenzulernen. Da die Wohnung sehr groß ist hat jeder die Möglichkeit sich einen Ort zum Zurückziehen zu suchen.
Wie in jeder WG gibt es Regeln zum Putzen an die wir uns versuchen zu halten damit sich alle Bewohner wohl fühlen.

Beautiful 17m2 room facing the courtyard furnished for rent until about the end of 2021. The room is partly furnished, everything you need. Bed, wooden wardrobe, desk with chair, clothes rail. The room is oriented to the courtyard, aslo you get from the city noise only a little.
The entire apartment (old building apartment = high ceilings / herringbone parquet) was renovated about 1.5 years ago and has everything you need. Full kitchen, new bathroom and large dining table to spend time together.
The apartment is directly at the Hackerbrücke (S-Bahn main line), streetcars 18 / 19 are only a minute away, subways U4/5 about 5 minutes and the main station is within 10 minutes walk. Parking is always available within a radius of about 5 minutes walk. Shopping possibilities are excellent, the Schwanthalerforum (shopping center with Lidl, Edeka, DM, Müller, etc.) is 5 minutes walk away.
Attention: The location in the map on WG-Gesucht is not correct. Landsberger Str. 14 in Google Maps shows the correct location.
